Beautiful accommodation. An overnight stay with my daughter, spacious enough for the two of us and some beautiful restaurants near by with a lovely walk. The accommodation was as described and Natasha was very helpful. Would love to stay again

Had a great week staying at Amberfold with Jon and Tanya. The Lodge is a great little place with everything needed to be self sufficient for a classic Airbnb stay. There is plenty of walking from the front door as well as a pub within walking distance. Jon and Tanya were very accommodating hosts, would highly recommend!

Extremely happy with everything at this place. Kids loved the toys and enjoyed the garden. They wished they had stayed a little longer. We appreciate that there were options of breakfast included, never got that before in any other place, very kind gesture. Very cosy and spacious. Would highly recommend *****

Had a lovely stay at Caister cottage. Hosts were very friendly and welcoming. Our accommodation was exactly as we had hoped. Lovely setting with walks straight from the house into the new forest. Easy to walk to several pubs and into Lyndhurst.

We have just got back from staying at Jenny’s property, from the moment we arrived both Jenny and her husband were so welcoming and helpful. They very kindly allowed access to their garden, which was great for our dog and daughter. They provided great recommendations throughout our stay. The property is in a stunning spot, with access to the beautiful countryside surrounding them. We were blessed with great weather, so loved the sunsets each evening, and sun rising over the back of their property each morning. We visited places across the island during our stay, and found this was a great location to do this from.

We had a lovely stay, the little house was clean, cosy and warm, everything you need, we explored the area for walks. We walked to the local pub , The Fox Inn they where very friendly the food was nice. We went to the Parrot at Forest Green for a Sunday Roast which was great. Horsham is near if you fancy a potter around the shops and pick up some bits. Guildford was 30 minutes away also another lovely day there too. Thank you we enjoyed our visit.

Amanda and Ben couldn't have been more helpful, and the cottage was a lovely place to stay whilst visiting elderly family. The dogs were the icing on the cake for us!

The perfect place to be able to rest for a few hours after my event, before the ferry home. Sharon was very communicative and accommodating, and I can’t thank her enough for giving me a place to stay. The studio is clean, cosy, and private. Just perfect Thank you. ❤️

What a lovely and relaxing couple of nights stay we had at Debbie and Paul’s accommodation. After a long day and several hours travel, being able to unwind at L'Atelier was a pleasure. We were greeted by Debbie and Paul’s son who was friendly and welcoming (along with their lovely dog!). Everything was as described, it was spotlessly clean, the kitchen and living space was comfortable and the bathroom was great. The bedroom had decent storage for all our clothes and was also very comfortable. The location of L'Atelier is really peaceful and calming, but we were only a 10 minute walk away from a couple of local pubs and a little bit further to local restaurants. Communication from Paul was really good, again very friendly and had all the information we needed. It was a lovely couple of nights stay, would not hesitate to recommend.

We had a very pleasant and comfortable stay, the area around the property has a lot to offer both for adults and young kids. Good choice of pubs with good food nearby and Winchester a short drive away.

We had the most idyllic three days over the Easter holiday staying at Shane’s property. It was absolutely perfect in every way. The accommodation was gorgeous and perfectly located for walks, amazing cosy pubs and village hopping. We can highly recommend The Duke of Cumberland Arms which was suggested in the folder. What a fantastic break. Thank you so much!

We had a lovely stay at Linda’s place. It was one of the best equipped holiday homes I’ve ever stayed it. Linda has thought of it all. The garden furniture was fab for some late afternoon sun and Linda left us lots of yummy treats which was very generous of her. The beds were super comfortable and the bungalow was extremely clean and spacious. Such a short walk to the beach. We loved it. 🥰

Great stay! The place was so much bigger than it appears in the pictures and was spotlessly clean. We stayed for a nearby wedding and were pleasantly surprised by how well-equipped the house was—from an iron to hair dryers, they had everything we needed. The parking was convenient and made things super easy for us. The host was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure we had a smooth experience. If I could change one thing, it would be to stay longer. Highly recommend!

Wonderful accommodation Wonderful hosts and hosts family (AF&F!♥️) So many extra little touches that make such a difference Thankyou for the beers milk bread butter and marmalade!! Air B&B done as it should be! Simply cannot recommend Sophie’s place highly enough!!

You must visit. Sarah and James are so nice and really helpful fro. The moment i booked. I cant wait to return, the barn is located so closely to the beach and other surrounding areas. We relaxed and even had time to try out some paddle boarding thanks to the kindness of James lending us his. Thank you so so much for having us. See you agai soon

A brilliant long weekend in this cosy annexe. Susan was really friendly, giving us space but also being there when we needed a little support. We would definitely recommend!

Fabulous place - we stayed here with my husband and two grown up daughters for a family wedding nearby. Christine was flexible with check in time to allow us to come and change early for the wedding. Continental breakfast was provided which was ideal and the entire place was spotless ! Thank you xx

What a wonderful find! Charlotte's place was perfect for us - very comfortable, a good size for two, in a friendly village but it felt really peaceful. In this weather, it was a bonus to have our own garden too. Charlotte was a great hostess - proactive communication, there upon our arrival, incredibly friendly and with plenty of recommendations for things to do, places to visit & local pubs. Her family were also friendly. We found plenty to do over the weekend - lots of walks from the doorstep, West Dean Gardens is well worth a visit. Local pubs were great too - Royal Oak & Anglesey Arms. Thank you to Charlotte and her family, we'd love to come back! 😀

A stunning home from home. Gorgeous countryside all around and a lovely enclosed private garden. The barn is beautifully decorated, with really personal touches. Breakfast and essentials provided. Comfortable and just a total delight. Anna was helpful, responsive and courteous at all times. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Great place to stay

Diane’s place was comfortable, clean, bright with natural light and quiet - home away from home. Had all that was required for an enjoyable stay including TV in the bedroom as well as the living room which had great resolution and access to NETFLIX and other apps; fully equipped kitchen including a upgraded washing machine. We were warmly greeted by Diane on our arrival who thoughtfully left a fresh pint of milk in the fridge and other ingredients for a much needed cuppa after a long day of travelling. Complementary tea biscuits were also included. I noted all the kid-friendly aspects of Diane’s place including built in steps in the bathroom for the lil ones to reach the lovely wash sink. Diane’s place was close to the beach and places to eat which served tasty and reasonably priced food and featured great service. Diane’s place is a must have and we shall definitely be returning. Thanks again Diane for contributing to a fantastic time away in IOW. Will highly recommend Diane’s place x
