Beautiful cottage, all updated and walkable to parks, restaurants (if you like to walk) and all modern conveniences. We really enjoyed Black Mountain and our stay.

Kathie has thought of everything you might need! Warm home in a private, charming, upscale neighborhood! With our schedule we did not have enough time to spend at this fabulous home! From the art on the walls to the modern appliances to the interesting light fixtures, this house has it all! Comfortable beds, clean bathrooms, fully stocked kitchen! Would stay here again! Check in and out was a breeze, she was always just a phone call away! Book this place, and spend your time planning the rest of your Atlanta getaway! Can't give enough kudos for the accommodation!

We loved Cathy's home. Check in was easy & the house was just as described on the listing. The beds were comfy, & our family had plenty of space . The community pool was a plus & the kids loved it. It was a quiet neighborhood and felt safe. Cathy was always quick to respond to any questions I had. I would recommend this listing to family & friends and we would stay here again on any future trips here.

We were having a terrible experience at another air bnb and Jason was extremely accommodating by squeezing us in for a sooner check in. It gave us the experience we’d hope to have while visiting Austin.

Our whole family really enjoyed the uniqueness and quirky retro style of Lindsay's place. Comfortable with artistic surprises. Coffee bar was well appreciated. Location is excellent with many cafes and restaurants nearby. We would recommend!

Really nice location, comfortable for a family traveling. Close enough to be convenient to major landmarks. You'll have to park on the street, or find parking but we managed. There is a minor mixup with checkin but the host was responsive and corrected things quickly.

Nathan and Kate were responsive to everything. I would highly recommend staying here. Close to Breckenridge and Frisco.

The house is even nicer than the pictures. Everything inside was luxury. Location is great, 20 minute walk to the stadium and 5 minutes away from a few other bars including a cool German spot. Julie was beyond responsive, she was proactive and a true professional.

This was a charming unit in Midtown. Accessible to neighborhood amenities and restaurants. Great location if you are in ATL for a show or sporting event.

David’s Sparkling Garden Apartment is very lovely! David is an excellent host! My mom and I had a great stay. We felt safe and secured. Very smooth check in and check out. The apartment looks exactly like the pictures and it was very clean and comfortable. If you happen to be in the DC area this is the perfect place!

We had a great stay at ‘Stairway to Heaven’. The place was bigger than we thought and all the bedrooms and beds were very comfortable! David and Nancy were incredibly responsive and easy to communicate with. We loved sitting on the balcony in the evenings and walking around the neighborhood looking at all the houses. We would definitely stay here again!

My wife and I have been traveling to New Orleans for Jazz Fest for over thirty years and I can say without hesitation that Kate and Robert’s house is our absolute favorite. It’s huge, clean, and beautifully decorated with a ton of character. It’s right by the fabulous Faubourg Marigny area with lots of great music venues and restaurants. There’s a market a block away for any grocery items you might need. And great AC, essential for New Orleans. My only hesitation in posting this rave review is that I don’t want it to be taken next time we visit! Five stars all the way!!

We very much enjoyed our stay in this charming apartment. The clawfoot tub was a nice touch, very relaxing! Cute shops nearby (about a 15 min walk) and many other restaurants and places to go to within a short drive. We would definitely stay again!

Like others have mentioned, the place was clean, as described, and convenient. The bed was extremely comfortable, kitchen was stocked (french press, pour over, spices etc.). The bikes were great to ride to the farmers market and main square. Overall everything was great.

My husband and I have used booking services like Airbnb for many years now to include international trips. This has been the best overall experience we have ever had. We were in town for a family event but chose not to stay at the Omni Grove Park like the rest of our group, but wanted to be closer to the action in town. Everyone who came by commented that our accommodations were far superior. The space was just beautiful, clean and well equipped. Many little details were included like to go coffee cups with lids and moist makeup wipes. The bed was extremely comfortable and we slept well despite concerns that the central location might prove to be noisy. The host was responsive. Andrew communicated quickly (he must keep his phone in his hand) and helped us with any questions we had. Without a doubt we will be back, but may have to fight our family to see who books it first.

My friends and I had a great mini college reunion here, and we were thankful to find a chic and spacious, private space. Parking was easy, the rooms were comfortable, and we had plenty of room to bring our own groceries. It is a basement guest suite, so we could hear everything that was happening above us -- a little less than ideal when we were trying to take midday naps -- but the amenities of the space (like personal fireplaces in each bedroom and a teakettle and Keurig for morning beverages) more than made up for the upstairs noise. The unique aesthetic details were also beautiful, making it a welcome space to return to after brunch or a walk around the neighborhood. Highly recommend to couples, a small traveling family, or a few friends who are close but also like a little private space.
