Children are welcome, but no pets of any kind allowed on the property. *King Master Bedroom: 1 King bed, flat screen television, walk-in closet, private bathroom with soaker tub, shower and double vanities *Queen Bedroom: 1 queen bed, flat screen television, hall bath with tub and shower *Double Bedroom: 2 full-size beds, hall bath with tub and shower *Bunk Room: 4 twin beds, private bathroom with tiled shower *Open kitchen and living area with bar seating and flat screen television, kitchen table seating for 6. You will also be provided with a phone number where we can be reached during the day and evening for any questions or issues you may have. The Narrows of the Harpeth is a beautiful area in Kingston Springs. There's access to the Harpeth River through the Narrows of Harpeth State Park just a mile down the road. AdventureWorks Zip Line is also located next to the property. Hiking and fishing adventures are all within walking distance. Car services do not travel to our area. Once you're here you won't want to leave! And to be honest, this would be an expensive Uber ride to/from Nashville. Get away from the city with us, and enjoy the chance to remove yourself from the hustle and bustle of downtown. A refundable damage deposit of $500 is required. The amount is NOT applied toward rent. The living room includes a comfortable futon couch that converts to a double bed, 42" Smart TV with cable, extra seating, and books and games for entertainment. Sleep like a baby in the master bedroom on a luxurious queen memory foam bed, with 32" Smart TV, large closet, side lamps with USB ports and access to the backyard. The smaller, second bedroom includes a day bed with trundle - great for kids!- as well as a desk with comfortable chair to use as a workspace. The gorgeous bathroom includes a large soaking tub with moveable shower handle, plush towels and bathrobes and hair dryer! Guests have full use of the home and it's amenities. Take a stroll to Velvet Taco for Mexican fare, then head to Candleroom to dance the night away. Uber & Lyft are the most convenient way to get around town without your own transportation. There are LIME BIKES parked all over the city that you can rent via app for $1/hour. There are also 3 DART stops within 5 minutes walk- all off Henderson- that will take you into downtown or can link you to a rail station nearby to get to your destination. There is a keypad entry on the front door so no need to keep track of a set of keys. The home has an alarm system for additional piece of mind and if you're comfortable using it, we can supply a personal code to use during your stay. Also, Monday is our trash and recycle day. Someone will come by (outside only) to take to curb early that morning.
