The location was great for what we needed. One mile away from Topsail Manor where my son was getting married. Easy access and close to the beach. Beach was very clean. House was also clean except for sand on the floors and in the sheets. House also had a lot of needed necessities. I would stay here again.

This home exceeded our expectations! The location of this home was just beautiful. The home itself was very roomy yet cozy for 2 families with 3 children to enjoy. It was also super clean. This Airbnb had the best equipped kitchen i’ve ever seen in a rental with plenty of good quality pots, pans, dishes bowls, various glassware for cocktails, and grilling tools. Even plenty of plastic dishes for kids, ziplock bags and plastic wrap! No detail was forgotten. There are plenty of areas to enjoy meals or just hang out inside the house , out on the deck or on the patio. I also wanted to mention there were plenty of towels, extra pillows and bedding for all 7 of us. I didn’t have any issues but reached out to Matthew to let him know we were very pleased with his home and he responded right away. Matthew’s home provided us with the opportunity to enjoy a wonderful family vacation in Emerald Isle and we look forward to visiting again in the future.

Everything was wonderful! We visit OBX every year and this may have been the greatest place yet. Beautiful beach, quiet surroundings, wonderful hot tub, everything we needed and more than we expected! Danielle was a great host. We and our kids (dogs) loved sitting on the porch and deck watching the pelicans, gulls, cormorants and dolphins. Absolutely a wonderful time. We highly recommend Danielle and the Castle. We would definitely stay here again.

Space was perfect for us staying as a family of 6. Bedrooms were great and the home offered plenty of space throughout. Awesome backyard, although we did not really use - very close beach access. Had all the amenities we needed for a long weekend!

Lovely house and neighborhood. Great hostess. We had a lovely relaxing time. Lots to eat and do/see around. Highly recommend staying here!

What a treasure. Everything was so clean & inviting. We have stayed at the Mermaid 2 x's when we had a larger group & this time it was us 2 our 2 furbabies. We absolutely loved the Dolphin layout. So cozy & peaceful. Liz is a such a caring fun host. We loved sitting outside of the bungalow in the mornings having our coffee & headed to Liz's private beach area during the day. We even got to watch new palm trees being planted since the hurricane damage the old ones. Aslo met nice ppl & their furbabies. We absolutely love Liz & her gorgeous establishment. Thanks Liz. See you & your furbabies next year.

These were the absolute bests hosts we have ever encountered. So responsive and helpful. Truly amazing. Great place with a backyard pool and a short walk to the beach and to coffee and food.

We loved these accommodations! Loved that we were on a canal (so beautiful, and great for renting a boat for a few days), the lanai/pool was very spacious and inviting, and our experience from the very start was positive and friendly. The description mentioned 2 king beds, but there was 1, and the living room furniture isn’t what is pictured, but none of that caused any issues for us. We greatly appreciated the kitchenware that was available for use. Even though we didn’t make use of the grill, it was clean and available. So happy for the washer/dryer in the garage. Beds were very comfortable! We felt very safe - wonderful neighborhood. We’d be happy to return!

Our stay was very enjoyable! The pool area was just as we expected with the open door walls from the home it created a great atmosphere for relaxing and providing a very open atmosphere. The master suite was large and comfortable. Anna was very attentive to the few questions we had and was very polite and quick to respond.

We really enjoyed Sondra's Yellow Beach House. The property is beautifully decorated and landscaped. It came with everything as described and more. Nice quiet neighborhood, with the only real sounds were the calls of the Peacocks that roam wildly around the area, adding another wonderful feature that you won't find anywhere else. Sondra was great to work with as far as communications, she replied to all texts immediately. Recommend this home very highly!

Carla’s home is the perfect place to stay in New Smyrna. It is very clean and spacious with 3 spread out bedrooms and two bathrooms. The kitchen had everything we needed and the touches in the home were great. There are mirrors and tissue boxes in bedrooms, well supplied toiletries, paper towels and pantry items. The pool and hot tub were a great feature. Very clean and inviting. A 2 minute walk to the beach and less than 5 to Flagler Ave with the restaurants and shopping. Excellent location on a quiet street. Highly recommend this place.

We had the most wonderful 5 days here. House and pool were amazing. Heated outdoor shower was great for after the beach. Beach is less than a 5minute walk away. We walked there several times at sunset and got beautiful photos. restaurants and shopping near by. we will definitely be back!

Wonderful Home! We really enjoyed are stay here! I loved the open feel on this inside as well as all the balcony’s to go out and listen to the ocean and see the sun come up or look at the stars at night. My favorite part is the spacious backyard with the fire pit! And a big shoutout to Shane for being an exceptional host!

This place is a wonderful for a family vacation! Pool and hot tub were great, and the private beach was just steps away from the house. Beautiful views from the upper deck of the ocean, and house was set up perfect for a family. My husband and I slept upstairs and our 2 kids each had their own room with TV’s downstairs, giving us the opportunity to sleep in in the morning! The extra room upstairs would have been perfect for another family to stay in as well. We cooked breakfast lunch and dinner many day in the kitchen which had everything we needed. We even grilled one night using the grill that was in the garage. My kids loved playing with the pool and beach toys and I loved not having to pack any because there was plenty there! It was a chill vacation for us, just what the doctor ordered. Would love to come back sometime!

This house was perfect for our spring break mother daughter trip. The morning sunrise over the bay with a Nespresso coffee on the deck couldn’t be beat! The walk to the beach is so quick and easy and it was nice to be able to use the lounge chairs and bar/food service at Caddy’s. The sunsets from the beach are amazing. The house was clean and beds were comfortable. It was nice having three bathrooms and a beautiful kitchen. There is a bedroom on the main floor for guests who may have issues going up the spiral staircase with luggage. Priscilla was so friendly, accommodating and very quick to respond.

It's easy to feel right at home here! We were a group of 6 and the house was perfect for all of us to sleep comfortably but still have our space. We were staying in Pensacola to visit my niece and this location was perfect so she can come back and forth from base to spend time with us. We loved how relaxing the space was, we really didn't have to leave. We mostly stayed in and enjoyed the MANY! amenities provided. The kitchen was well stocked too so cooking was easy. And nearby is a great Thai food restaurant (Thai Curry House) if you don't feel like cooking. We spent a lot of time out on the water in the kayaks, enjoyed the amazing massage chairs, and spent the evenings watching the gorgeous sunsets in the hot tub or on the pier. Being here makes you truly appreciate nature. The neighborhood is so quiet and safe. Dennis was such a gracious host and even let us extend our stay. He was also an excellent communicator, we felt very taken care of.

We loved the house except the waterpressure was very slow in the sinks and shower and there is no bathtub for bathing young children. The house is beautiful with nice accessories. Suggest, need to add more updated beach chairs and more porch furniture.

We spent 1-2hrs on the beach before we even entered the house! This location was perfect!! Close to NAS, 35 min from gulf shores beach for more great food options. The kids couldn’t wait to get in the water (and sand) everyday!

The house was right on the beach. Really enjoyed the access. Beds were very comfy. Plenty of spaces for us to spread out. Plenty to do in the area.

This was an incredible stay! Our first time in Saint Augustine and at this Airbnb. It was clean, beyond well stocked, everything you will even think about needing. It was a perfect amount of room for four adults and two kids. Direct access to a beautiful not crowded beach. You can see and hear the ocean right outside your door! I’ve never been more pleased with my stay! Great place for kids too! Thank you for creating such a beautiful place.

This is our second time to Ryan's place and it never disappoints us! if we could come more often we would! Ryan added some upgrades this year, new stove and furniture that are very nice. The home is quiet and the beach is to die for. You will find that your the only one on the beach most days! We met more of the neighbors and locals this trip and everyone was super friendly. Shout out to 3Ks jerk house in crossing rocks, super friendly family, amazing food and you can find some awesome conch shells at their beach! Make sure to take the ferry over to turtle clay to see the sea turtles, sting rays and sharks, rented a golf cart from Kool carts to get around the island. Can't wait to try and do it again!
