Air conditioner in every room. Extra beds will be prepared only for reservations of 5 or more persons. If you select less than 4 persons, sofa bed will not be prepared for you. The airport runway is from east to west, while our house is to the south of the airport, so there will not be any noise from planes at all. - Please minimize the sound especially at night. - Please do not party at the townhouse. - Please do not invite friends. - Do not move furniture. In case damage of furniture is confirmed, we will charge compensation. The property is just 500 meters, 10 minute walk from Nai Yang Beach, while Maikhao Beach and Naithon Beach are both a short drive away.
