Thank you Alexander for hosting this place. Everything was perfect, from signing in to check out. Alexander was very responsive to our questions and every thing just went smoothly. The accommodation was great for a family of four with 2 children. The compound is well looked after and very peaceful. We booked for a week but decided to stay for another four days. We love Bangrak area with lots of restaurants and supermarket, deli shops near by. Will book this place again in the future, Thank you

Дом стоит своих денег, но есть небольшие отличия от фотографий - на кухне нет кофемашины, в большой спальне вместо телевизора кровать, в маленькой спальне с двумя окнами слишком большая кровать, на террассе нет гамака. Во время проживания были небольшие проблемы с сантехникой, которые хозяин быстро устранил. Ночью довольно тихо, но днём во время нашего проживания шел ремонт в соседних домах. Могу порекомендовать этот дом для большой семьи или друзей и хотел бы вернуться в него ещё

It is a good villa with a nice swimming pool that we almost stayed to swim all the time. We always get quick responses whenever we need help.

Although farther away, Tong Nai Pan is the best area in Koh Samui if you want a private, relaxed atmosphere. And and Boom’s place is also the best Airbnb place in Tong Nai Pan in our opinions.

Natale and Arthur have been very pleasant, with good communication and a great listing. We felt very comfortable and the stay has been extremely good. Nice location and good amenities. Great time, thanks!

We stayed in one of the villas as a family of four for 3 nights and really enjoyed the stay! The pools are huge and we could even use the hotel facilities. Check-in was easy, cold water was waiting in the fridge. Towels were provided which was a real blessing. The area is very quiet and relaxing, good restaurants can be found nearby easily. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. We even found some books to read which made us feel at home. We really recommend that place!!!

Great property and space. Good location very safe. I would be mindful that third bed is sofa bed and difficult to sleep on. Host was very hospitable.

My family and I had a good time at the House. The place is warm, well equipped, and exactly as described in the listing. It was clean, spacious, and very comfortable for our stay.

Location very convenient, near with 7e, lee garden and kaitod decha. Homestay was so comfortable, clean, cozy. Got washing machine and dryer too! So easy ! Beside homestay also got hairdresser, incase you want to spend your time there too. Although it's a so called rumah kedai in Malaysia, but it's soooo cantik! Please stay here! You won't regret. Also got room downstairs easier for elderly.

This apartment is perfect for a small family or group with everything you need to feel like “home-away from home”! It is located a short walk to the beach and Bangla road (and everything else you would need). The unit is spacious with a large open living/ kitchen area and all the amenities you need to live comfortably for a short or long stay. There is a washing machine, TV, sofa, kitchen with pots, pans and good size fridge. Each of the bedrooms have wardrobes and good size beds. Unfortunately, we found the beds very hard but I think this is standard for Thailand as most places we have stayed in have hard beds (which is a shame as we already have back problems). You need to go through a massage parlour to access the apartment but all the ladies are super friendly and make you feel welcomed and comfortable. It is also very convenient when you can’t be bothered leaving the apartment to go and get a massage as there’s one downstairs. We would highly recommend this awesome place!!

I traveled with big family of 3 adults and 3 small children and every one of us love this place a lot. The host made us feel like staying at home, the house was extremely tidy when we checked in and the host always available for us if we need any assistance. The place is located near to all the recommended places in pattani province with 5-15 mins drive. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone and will surely be back again in the future

We had a very nice stay in Maxim's property. It is in a great location, a few minutes from Fisherman's Village, on a private estate with good facilities. The master bedroom is very spacious, with an en-suite, dressing room and a nice view. The other 2 bedrooms are also a good size. Overall this property offers excellent value for money and is a perfect base for exploring the island. Maxim is also a very good host, responsive and even gave my family a lift to the airport after checkout.

We stayed at Julia's place in Kamala for a month, and it was an good experience! The area is great, with plenty of cafes offering a variety of cuisines, lots of massage salons, and both 7/11 and Big C within walking distance. There’s also a street night market nearby with fresh fruits and street food. The beach is very close, and there’s a great gym nearby as well. The property is in a gated, secure community. It has an excellent deep pool with plenty of sun loungers. The house itself is huge, featuring a very comfortable large sofa and a big TV. There’s also a dedicated workspace and a well-equipped kitchen with plenty of cookware. Overall, I highly recommend this place! It’s perfect for two families to stay together.

The place is beautiful! If you like peace and quiet and have a relaxing vacation in Phuket, then this is the right place for you. It’s big, spacious, and it has everything you need. The host is responsive and was available 24/7. He literally would reply immediately if you approach him. If you decide to stay here, I would suggest to hire a motorcycle because it’s a bit of a challenge to climb up the hill from the main roam. But it’s a good exercise if you like to walk. It’s not far from the beach but it’s a bit of a walk. Great place!

We really enjoyed our stay. Perfect location for us as close to the beach and sea which was beautiful. Pretty surroundings and we loved eating at hug Samui a little walk along the beach. Quiet area which we wanted. The apartment was great, clean and comfortable. The steps going up could be slippery when wet so we were careful. We loved the outside lounge area and the little private pool was much bigger then I thought and we loved it. We did not meet Roberto personally but were looked after by other representatives. Very happy with our stay here.

Good. Only a part of the room window grill had its hook off from before due to which it fell off with a slight touch. Bt it wasn't broken at all. Just had to be affixed to hook. Minor inconvenience bt a nice stay overall. Accomodating host! :)

Great place! Very clean and comfortable. The Beach is right across the street. Tons of things to do nearby. Nail salon, Massage, 7-11, Pier, Resturants, Night Market - we walked to everything! The host is SUPER nice and very responsive. Would stay here again!
