To start, Seventh Mountain Resort is an amazing place and we go couple of times a year. It's super close to Mt. Bachelor and right outside of Bend. This condo is one of the closest to the pools and restaurant, as well as the EV charging station. It has mountain views and connects to multiple trails right behind the building (perfect for trail running, hiking, gravel/mountain biking, or snow shoeing). The condo had what we needed to cook, hangout, and rest comfortably. The best part, the host was super flexible, responsive, and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. We look forward to our next stay at this place.

Great place near Mt Bachelor. The house has everything to cook, but you'll need to bring essentials, like oil, etc.. Beds are great. Soft mattresses. The resort has 3 jacuzzis and pools as well as an ice drink so it's great for the evenings after ski. Will stay here again.

The location could not be better for going to the mountain. So many activities on site. Loved all the pools and hot tubes. They are located super close to all the amenities. Had a t.v. issue but they were on it to get it resolved. I was not aware i only rented the room thought i was getting the whole place but it worked out great. Will definitely be back!

We absolutely loved our stay at Tammy’s place!! It was wonderful. The apartment was beautifully renovated, and it was spotless. The bed was comfortable and we loved that the bedroom didn’t have too many windows, which allowed for more restful sleep (otherwise, the apartment has plenty of light). Tammy was wonderful to communicate with, and we so appreciated the books and the wine left for us to enjoy :) The kitchen also had everything we needed. In short, simply cannot recommend this place more!!!

We went up to go skiing before Thanksgiving since Mt Bachelor opened early this year. The resort is the closest place to stay to the mountain, so the location is fantastic. The amenities are top notch. The hot tub, sauna, and pools are open until 10, and are a great way to relax after a day of skiing. The condo was exactly as advertised. It has been fully renovated and everything was in great shape and nicely decorated. There is an ice machine downstairs from the unit and the laundry is in the neighboring building. The bedroom is good sized, so there is plenty of room for luggage without it feeling cramped. We definitely look forward to staying here again in the future.

We we in Eugene to see afternoon Hamilton Broadway show. Just wanted quiet, clean place to sleep before returning to Salem. The fact there is no kitchen was no issue. it did have microwave and refrigerator. No TV but that to was no issue. It was a beautiful day close to the McKenzie Pathway and nearby rose garden which would be beautiful in June. Would stay again!

We enjoyed this location for a quiet, weekend getaway. The property was peaceful without activity during the winter although we could imagine a romantic, summer wedding venue. The unit was spacious and comfortable. We visited the main house which had a library, a sun room with tv, a restroom, and a coffee bar area with Keurig, tea, and snacks. Esther was helpful and responsive to our needs. We had a wonderful time!

This was a great place to stay. I was just looking for something affordable and convenient for a work trip. I ended up really enjoying the resort and the trails around it. I would love to vacation there too. The apartment had everything I needed. It’s super clean and well decorated. The murphy bed is cool and was pretty comfy. Thanks Justin! I hope to come back some day.

We loved our stay at Sylvia’s! It was cozy, comfortable and clean. The view from the balcony was stunning- as an early riser I thoroughly enjoyed watching the sun rise. We came to the area to go snowboarding at Mt. Bachelor and the location was a perfect distance from the mountain and Bend. Sylvia was very responsive, kind and gave detailed instructions on everything we needed to know about the place. The amenities at the resort were also really nice to have- sauna, pool, hot tub, gym and other fun outdoor activities. Would definitely stay there again!

Black Butte Ranch is great this time of year. We were lucky to have fantastic weather during our spring visit. We really enjoyed the facilities onsite including pool, hot tubs and restaurants. Susan's place is a cozy place with a nice sitting area near the fireplace and amazing views.

Five Stars!! We enjoyed an amazing stay-every detail thought though in this beautiful home. It was the perfect place to come home to after skiing Bachelor and great place to base out of while we enjoyed Bend. We cooked most of our meals and this kitchen had everything! Bedrooms were beautiful and beds were so comfortable! The view was such a treat and we just loved swimming in the pools, soaking in the hot tubs, relaxing in the sauna, as well as playing a fun game of mini golf. It was all such a great balance to skiing all day and had everything to feel like a relaxing and easy vacation while traveling with our 8 year old.

I had a lovely stay here! Hans is a great host and the condo is close enough to downtown Bend that you can access everything easily while still feeling like you’re staying out in nature. The trails along the river were beautiful.

Rob’s place was exactly what we needed — a peaceful getaway from Portland in a stunning environment. The walking trail on the grounds was our favorite part!

I had an incredible experience staying at Shawn’s place! From the start, he was an excellent host—super friendly, responsive, and full of great local recommendations. The space was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was unbeatable—just a short drive to Mt. Bachelor, making it the perfect spot for a snowboarding getaway. After long days on the mountain, it was great to come back to such a warm and inviting space. If you’re looking for a place that’s both convenient and hosted by someone who truly cares about his guests, this is it. I’d definitely stay here again! Thanks, Shawn!

Very unique property. Disclaimer, we were looking for a place to disappear for more than a week where us and our pets could be at home. This home delivered. It's clear someone loves this property dearly which makes it even more charming. Well stocked with just about anything you could need. Loved our days at the pool or watching shooting stars with the sounds of the fountain on the background. Extremely comfortable, not sure when I slept so good. Can't think of anything negative to say. If you are looking for somewhere to move in, relax, and not have to go back to civilization this is just the place. Very responsive staff and support team for pool maintenance and yard service. Thank you!

The McKenzie House was perfect for our girls reunion. So relaxing. Great space to hangout. Loved all the trails nearby for outdoor adventures. Fun local restaurant and general store to walk to. Tim was great to communicate with. The fly shop was really cool. Fishing wasn’t great when we were there, but makes me want to go back.

This is our second time staying in this beautiful home. It has everything you would ever need with plenty of open space.

Wonderful home with breathtaking view of surrounding dunes, beach and shoreline. We loved the home and plan on coming back for sure.

We felt very comfortable during our stay here. The home was warm, the linens were cozy, and there was plenty of space in every room. I recommend taking the time for a peaceful walk around the farm. The goats are particularly entertaining :) The heart of Bend is about 20 mins away. Mt Bachelor is about 40 mins away. Donna offers many great suggestions for local restaurants and groceries. Note that this space is attached to the main house, but it feels completely private! Donna is friendly and helped us when we needed it :) She is also a fantastic baker! The homemade peach almond bread was a delightful welcome gift.

We had a great stay, everything was as listed. The only thing we weren’t aware of that was confusing at first is that there is another rental above the garage, we arrived at the exact same time as the people staying above the garage. It was somewhat off putting as we have small kids. Fortunately, the people staying kept to themselves and we didn’t have any issues. A heads up as to what to expect might be helpful in the future. The beds were comfortable and the house was well equipped with everything you could need. The hot tub and sauna were such an amazing amenity to have! The hosts were very responsive and even sent batteries same night via delivery when we mentioned the remote was low. We loved the layout for a family and the kids loved the set up of the bedrooms.

Overall, we loved staying here! Lovely accommodations, very clean, good location in town - close enough to walk to Old Town. Lots of attention to detail. The outside area is glorious, with the garden, the hot tub and the sauna. We would return -- that said, a few things do need attention. - When others are in the adjoining unit, it's not like being next door, with sound muffled through walls. The main room for the smaller unit is on the other side of a thin door -- every word they say comes through, as well as whatever they're watching. The door should be insulated/soundproofed, and covered by a wall-hanging - an easy/inexpensive fix. - The tub should have a non-stick surface -- very slick while showering. Also, there could be a bathmat, outside the tub, for when we step out -- again, a potentially slick/fall situation. - We very much missed having a toaster - we couldn't find one in the otherwise well-stocked kitchen. We had FAR too many burnt-offerings in using the broiler.

It's my 3rd time to Kyle's place in 18 months despite the 5h30m drive in each direction. That should tell you all you need to know. This place is a paradise, well appointed, equipped with everything you could possibly need, private, quiet, while still a very short drive from downtown Ashland and all it has to offer. We always have an amazing time here, Kyle is always super responsive, and we can't wait to be back!
