Modern Tiny House w/ Hot Tub and Putting Green

Located on a hillside in Shady Cove. This is a spacious brand new 300 sq foot tiny home. The tiny house is located on our private property. We request for our guests to be respectful of our home, our neighbors, and surroundings. It is important that our guests treat the outdoor space as if they were camping and not leave any food outside as there is some wildlife in the area. Included is a covered gazebo with curtains on a private deck with a spa, and gas fire pit that also heats your legs.

A private attached tiny home includes a bathroom with hot shower and a full kitchen with propane stove, fridge, coffee maker (no microwave). Free continental breakfast: croissants, jelly, yogurt w/ fruit, oatmeal, juice, coffee & tea. Private farm setting near river, animals roam outside. 15 min to Canyonville, 40 min to Safari. Organic farm !

All it's own type thing, in it's own type place, a unique RIVERSIDE GLAMP! Nooked in Oregon Coastal Mountains at edge of inland tidal waters. Set to the background of a small historic rural town, tucked just out of sight of the beaten route to/from the Pacific Ocean and Oregon Dunes a short 16mi away at Reedsport.  Year-round floating dock and river access all to yourself, different experience with each tide change, and kayaks provided. Otter, eagle, seal, fish, etc : a nature theme park!

It is in dark sky country, you can see the Milky Way with your naked eyes from the back porch. I find peace and beauty in the surrounding landscape. The house is beautiful and comfortable inside out, fully equipped on 1800 SF.
