You’ll love our cozy beach cottage because it is fully equipped in a wonderful area in North Pacific Beach. Only a few blocks away from the beach and boardwalk. Our cottage is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families, and furry friends. It's close to the beach and lots of bars, restaurants, shops, cafes...Everything a traveler wants for a wonderful stay. We also love long stays and want to accommodate whatever you might need for your longer term stay in San Diego!

LOFT: Detached Cottage with Patio

The LOFT is in the heart of Normal Heights; which is by far the best spot in the best part of town you could possibly stay. Everything is walkable, so it’s a local’s favorite! Whether you fall in love with the vaulted-beamed ceilings, the Loft-style open kitchen, the clawfoot tub, the art & decor, or the lush landscaping, you won’t likely forget this place any time soon. Everywhere you turn is a feast for your eyes. We’ve ensured that comfort is as much of a priority as is beauty.

Pirates of the Caribbean Getaway

Soak up groovy Topanga vibes and commune with nature at the Pirates of the Caribbean Getaway freestanding guest home. Highlights include lush tropical landscaping, private lawn, furnished decks, hot tub and sauna, an outdoor bathtub and shower, a queen size bed, and large flat screen TV. The kitchenette is equipped with a microwave, mini fridge, toaster oven, electric stovetop, and Keurig coffee maker. Pirates can accommodate up to 2 adult guests but no children or pets.

Josh Cottage at 29P

The year was 1946 and somebody in Twentynine Palms had the right idea--to build an adorable Spanish bungalow that simply oozed "romantic getaway to the desert," a place to take in the fresh air, the stillness at night and the stars. "Josh" as he is affectionately known, along with his partner "Tam" [an almost identical twin] is an updated version of that bungalow built so long ago. Modern in amenities, but pioneer in spirit, Josh is awaiting some special guests.

Studio Cottage

This is a small Studio cottage at the rear of my home. It's craftsmanesk in style with a partially open ceiling and a skylight. It's perfect for a couple or single person. There is a swimming pool but it's not heated, fine for swimming June to Oct depending on the weather, unless you are a polar bear. It's a 5 min walk to the MetroGold Line and a 10 min walk to new restaurants on Figueroa St. I have a fairly extensive cactus / succulent garden.

Includes one off-street parking space—perfect for families or friends to share while enjoying Huntington Beach.

Welcome to the most exclusive area in the High Desert, called Boulder Ridge. We named this hidden gem 30 years ago, after picking the choicest property, and creating the signage, as you enter the area. Nestled in the Sawtooth mountains, and near the historic Boulder Ridge Ranch, the Boulder Ridge Hideout is a Joshua Tree National Park- like private retreat away from the crowds, with boulders dating back millions of years.

Tastefully appointed and well stocked, the cottage is perfect for a getaway to Paso Robles wine country, the beach, San Luis Obispo, hiking trips or the famous HWY 1! The cottage is set in a beautiful spot at the lower end of our property under a mature and majestic grove of oak trees adjacent to a beautiful white barn with overhead twinkling bistro lights.

Walk to the pier, harbor, downtown, restaurants, shops, etc. No service/support animals as the owner has severe allergies. .

The Crow's Nest Studio - walk to beach and town

Oceanside studio west of coast highway, 1 block to the restaurants, breweries and shops of Downtown Oceanside, 4 block walk to beautiful Oceanside Beach. Off-street, alley parking for 1 car. This is a 2nd floor studio accessed by a steep flight of stairs (please see picture to ensure staircase will not be a concern). We are also close to the train which can be noisy.
