It is the lower level of our home, there is a stairway from upstairs that ends in the middle of the apartment. We are in a quiet, picturesque neighborhood, six miles west of downtown Portland, and less than a mile to the light rail and bus. . Also we are close to a nature trail, parks, St.Vincent's Hospital and Nike.
