The Historic Venice avenue of unique shops, restaurants, special events, Farmer's Market, tennis courts and Children's Fountain are close by. Newly Renovated home in a quite and peaceful area is an ideal place for any season gateway. A great place for biking, running, walking. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets).

This 2-bedroom home has one master with an ensuite bath. Both rooms have comfy queen-sized beds. The 2nd bedroom also has a futon bed in the corner for extra sleeping accommodations. The living room has a pull-out sofa as well. There is a well-stocked kitchen and grill! 4 Bikes are provided to enjoy biking on the quiet streets/Shamrock Nature Park (.5 mi. away) Several SWFL beaches are 10-15 minutes away! Did we mention the TIKI HUT and hot tub? Many other features to this surf vibe beach home!

The Blue Cottage is in a quiet neighborhood just 4 blocks from Dearborn Avenue with all great entertainment, eclectic shopping and restaurants, live music, and more. The Front porch pictured is part of the main house and is NOT included for use while renting the Blue Cottage Suite. The Oz Parlor apartment was originally the main house of this whimsical property. It has loads of charm It is a great place to relax and Just Bee... Please note I don’t have cable TV my TVs are wireless I have Netflix and Amazon prime. Located in the Historic District of Englewood a lovely walk to fine restaurants, Indian Mound Park on Lemon Bay and 2.9 miles to Englewood Beach.
