We are centrally located within Albuquerque and are a short driving distance to restaurants, but not within walking distance.

The Casita is an early 1900's adobe structure that is located in the heart of downtown Albuquerque. The guesthouse and main house were completely rebuilt and renovated in early 2018. The Casita has high end finishes including granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, walk in shower, oversize windows and skylights, ceiling fans, hardwood doors, AC, a covered porch, exposed beams, t&g ceiling and more. We allow up to 2 well trained pets unless prior authorization is obtained.

It was recently updated with new appliances and has a clothes washer and dryer. Great location near the zoo, Tingley Beach (hiking and biking trails near the river), and just blocks from downtown. Off street private parking and private patio area with a Jacuzzi hot tub! Perfect for relaxation.

Our lovely, private casita in central Albuquerque is decorated with original art and located within easy walking distance of the University of New Mexico north campus golf course and UNM Hospital/School of Law. Welcome to our cozy Casita in the peaceful bosque ("forest") setting of the historic Pajarito neighborhood. This is a detached guest house with 1 queen bed, on our fenced and gated mini farm. In a few minutes' walk you have access to Rio Grande State Park, the river, and miles of trails. Isleta Ampitheater, downtown and the airport are only a 15-minute drive away.
