Super proper area untuk saya dan teman-teman, semua terfasilatasi dengan baik. Tidak ada kendala apapun bahkan dengan informasi yang jelas sangat membantu kami mengoperasikan seluruh rumah. We had a good stay. It was everything we expected. As one review mentioned, the many-laned road next to the building is loud, even on the 23rd floor, but we expected it. The pool was the best we saw in Indonesia during our stay - big enough to swim laps and when we went no one was there.

Near to mrt, easy to get taxi. Spacious, comfortable, nice night city view. Fast wifi, recommended!!!

It’s a nice place to stay with family, even though a little bit small but it is good for 3 people. One thing I like about living here is the responsive of the owner, helpful, when I needed something or ask something the owner(or maybe admin) response quickly. Thanks !

Nice place, but I felt it was smaller than the photos made it seem. Wouldn’t stay again as there are better places for the price in Jakarta I feel, but enjoyed my stay.

Tempatnya Pak Jacob sangat bagus, sy sempat ragu akan review yang katanya tempatnya kurang dingin.. tapi alhamdulillah tempatnya sangat dingin dan ada fasilitasnya semua bisa dipakai seperti setrika, mesin cuci, kompor, kulkas semuanya berfungsi dengan baik.. saya menginap disini kemarin karna menonton maroon5 di JIS dan tempatnya tidak terlalu jauh hanya skitar 5 menit naik grab.. disekitaran apartment juga ada swalayan dan indomaret, tempat makan juga banyak.. sangat merekomendasikan menginap di tempat Pak Jacob, terimakasih pak Jacob untuk early check in dan late check outnya.. sukses selalu

Ahmad and Eya were excellent hosts. The apartment is just like on the pictures and with the gym, pool, tennis/basketball court and garden. Also with the Aeon mall next door for all shopping needs, restaurants and shops. Thanks guys look forwards to staying with you again in the future🤝✨
