Highly recommend!! It was just as described-so convenient to everything, with plenty of room for the whole family to be in one place—better deal and more comfy than getting hotel groups for our group.

Amazing historic building in a very historic part of Philly. The garage was a lifesaver as we had a pretty big suv and were working during the day and needed a place to park it. Surprisingly quiet for being on the ground floor , walls are thick... bed was comfy ... it was great !

My gang of friends agreed we’d happily come back here again - lovely setting & big driveway for parking; comfy bedrooms and generous number of bathrooms; well-equipped kitchen compared to most rentals; pleasant but unobtrusive decor; and short, clear host instructions. And it was so warm for December that we even got to hang out on the patio, also comfy & welcoming. I think the only things (and they were very minor) that we’d recommend adding would be conventional potholders, a few more sets of silverware, a couple more DR chairs, and a reminder sign about the step down from the kitchen into the DR. Overall, would definitely recommend!

We felt as though we got what we paid for and the hosts were extremely thorough in communicating. Definitely needs some freshening up and maintenance, but again, for the price it was great. All the necessities were ready for us on arrival and the exit instructions were simple and not too involved.

Clean, comfortable, great location, lots of space in the house to spread out. Friendly and responsive hosts. Easily walkable to all kinds of great things in the city. Lots of thoughtful touches throughout (extra toothbrushes, power cables, smart TVs). A fantastic visit with my brother and his kids.

Lovely house with lots of nice touches and wonderful central location. Our hosts were very helpful and responsive. We hope to stay again sometime!

We had a GREAT time at this location, with very few general complaints. -The TV was huge - beds where comfy -the air conditioning worked great - kitchen was gorgeous -location had everything you want for Philly (I am a Philly local) -the hot tub was clean -the house was darn near spotless Only complaints (and tbh this is nit picking!) -there is a charge for the hot tub (I feel there should only be one if you make a mess of it). Since the place was so pricey, we feel that a little much -you need to bring your own cleaning supplies (trash bags/paper towels, etc). -the tv didn’t have much in terms of streaming services/phone connection (bring a chrome cast or video game system if you want that). -water pressure wasn’t the best -it is a LITTLE loud outside at night, so be aware (not the owners fault, obviously—it’s right in center city so they’ll happen). THANK YOU SO MUCH! We will be back

Rob was a fantastic host and his place was perfect for our Christmas vacation. The space was clean, well laid out and furnished. We were able to host a brunch while also feeling cozy when on our own. Rob was very responsive and helpful. Would highly recommend!

Marc was a great host and the space was very comfortable. The check-in process was straightforward and the neighborhood was quiet with ample street parking at all hours. He kindly provided towels and toothbrushes for use. The curtains around the house are a little thin and don’t cover the windows entirely, especially in the bedrooms. But otherwise an excellent stay!

Yandel was a great host and this property was everything we wanted on our trip to Philadelphia!

Staying at Kameron’s place was awesome. Looked just like the photos, very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. He was very responsive and helpful with everything. The apartment itself was so pretty and modern, especially loved the bedroom decor and wall painting. I’ll definitely be booking again!

We were very comfortable and appreciated how open, clean, and easy the space was. Nachman was very easy to communicate with and very welcoming. We would definitely stay here again.

Hala was a great host. Super responsive and kind. We got in early on a red eye thinking we'd be struggling to buddy our time until check-in but when I asked for very early check in time, she immediately responded and hence became our hero! Dunkin next door was a bonus. The place was very nice and exactly as shown. Loved having this as our home base for us meeting family in Elkins Park. Thanks!

We stumbled upon the cute little town of Media by accident last summer, and knew if we came back to the area we wanted to stay there. Love the location of this Airbnb - perfect for walking around Media or catching the train in to Philly. Also just a short and uncomplicated drive to Swarthmore (which is what brought us here this time). The sofa bed is a bit tight for multiple teens - it seems smaller than a full size mattress. If you have 4 people and none are little kids, you may want to consider bringing a single air mattress/sleeping bag for the 4th person. We went ahead and booked this Airbnb again for our next trip to the area this fall and look forward to visiting again!

Place looked exactly like the pictures! Very clean and cozy. Host was responsive and made accommodations for a last minute request. Everything that I would need was provided, even a few complimentary snacks. Oh, the driveway parking was a plus. I definitely would recommend and stay again in the future.

This place is lovely! The host is responsive and helpful. The hot tub is a real plus - with the outdoor heater on, we enjoyed using it even though it was sleeting outside (too stormy to try the beautiful fire pit). The house and location are beautiful and spotless. The furnishings are luxe and comfortable. Awkward eating space options - no dining table or large kitchen table. It was unexpected that some of the listed beds are sofas and sofa beds in common rooms, including some of the only beds available when you have booked it for fewer guests. (The larger of two bedrooms and second bathroom are a second locked space that I was glad to access.) It may fit as many people as they listed if everyone shares beds, but not all privately or in actual bedrooms. If I'd had all eight single adult guests, like I paid for, the sleeping and dinner arrangements would have been more problematic. As it happened, overall a great, cozy experience despite unexpected bad weather.

This place had everything we needed for a fun friend getaway. plenty of space and lots of kitchen stuff. byo shower gel/shampoo, but everything else you'd need was there

Our stay in this beautiful home exceeded all expectations. It was clean, comfortable and simply lovely in all respects. The owner’s communication was equally exceptional. It is safe to say we would love to return!!!
