Our house sits at the top of a pretty steep hill which gives you amazing views. Just be mindful if you’re uncomfortable parking or walking on a hill.

Close to DTLA & Cal State LA. *We have 2 small Dachshund dogs on the property. They are inside dogs but do come outside. They are not aggressive dogs and are very friendly, but are bark happy when alerted to others on the property.
