Studio Cottage

This is a small Studio cottage at the rear of my home. It's craftsmanesk in style with a partially open ceiling and a skylight. It's perfect for a couple or single person. There is a swimming pool but it's not heated, fine for swimming June to Oct depending on the weather, unless you are a polar bear. It's a 5 min walk to the MetroGold Line and a 10 min walk to new restaurants on Figueroa St. I have a fairly extensive cactus / succulent garden.

This is a fully functional art room with independent exits, designed by artist Sam Jia. Although the room is not large, exquisite wall painting and fashionable design make the whole room feel warm and comfortable. it has an open kitchen, Queen size bed, Memory cotton mattress, independent bathroom, a cloakroom, and a storage room.Italian restaurants, Dollar Tree, Starbucks and KFC are all within walking distance.

This light and airy studio with open floor plan is located on the second floor of a back unit with private entrance. The kitchen is equipped with a full size refrigerator, stove, microwave, toaster oven and Keurig coffee machine. There is a queen bed, a full sofa bed, and 3 single beds (a bunk and a pullout day bed). A Pack N Play portable crib is even available upon request for the little ones!
