The Old Music Room

The Old Music Room is in the beautiful and special village of Geldeston, in the Broads National Park. It’s a super-insulated ecologically-built guest house clad in traditional oak boarding, with a living wild-flower roof and stunning views directly out over the Waveney Valley. Geldeston is a glorious place to be and enjoyed by many visitors. The village is on the river Waveney with lots of places to access the river, very popular with walkers, cyclists and boaters. On the edge of a pretty village with great amenities Including farm shop, two well stocked village shops, chemist, pub and two takeaway options which are all a short walk away. There is a regular bus service from the village to the centre of Norwich. The beautiful Norfolk coast and Norfolk Broads are all conveniently located

The Hideaway is a detached self contained annexe with its own garden and on drive parking space beside the property. It is located on the same spacious site as the owners house in the picturesque, south Norfolk village of Saxlingham Nethergate. The Hideaway consists of open plan living with a very comfortable king sized bed, dining/working area, kitchenette and separate bathroom with a shower and toilet. Outside is a private fully enclosed garden and lockable shed for bike storage.

The Dovecote A11

The Dovecote is a beautifully appointed self - contained annexe in Snetterton Village with lovely garden views providing a perfect base for Snetterton Racetrack (2 Miles) and close to A11. Ideal as a base for the track or business and also to discover Norfolk. We offer accommodation for up 2 people consisting of a double bedroom with en-suite facilities, kitchenette, and lounge with double sofa bed for additional guests . Also dogs are most welcome Breakfast supplied and Skyq.

The Carter's Loft

Situated deep in the Suffolk countryside, The Carter's Loft is a beautifully presented studio bursting with charm. The popular local pub (White Horse) offers good food and local beer. There are numerous footpaths on the doorstep, a community cafe selling homemade cakes and refreshments (open 10.30 - 12.30 Wed - Thurs, occasional Sundays and some super evening events) plus our local vineyard. We are close to historic Framlingham and within easy reach of the heritage coast.

We look forward to welcoming you to the Garden rest. It is perfectly situated for walkers just 2 miles from the bustling town of Loddon where, after a beautiful walk through the countryside, fields and country lanes why not stop for a break at one of Loddons four pubs. Also just 1.5 mile walk from the beautiful Sisland woods and many other footpaths. Just 12 miles from our fine City of Norwich which can be reached by a regular bus route from Loddon.
