Relax at this adorable and tranquil tiny home (480 sq ft) at a dead end street of a country lane overlooking a meadow of the abutting farm, but still within walking distance from our quaint New England main street and the bike path. Our sweet little Honey Bee cottage is also 10-15 minute drive from several beautiful beaches, a 20 minute drive to Newport and a 10 minute drive to the ferry to Block Island. Our newly renovated cottage is a perfect romantic getaway for couples or solo travelers.

Lavender Farm Private Luxury Suite

The luxury suite features reclaimed wood from a 150 year old silo. Reclaimed beams adorn the ceiling. The shower features rainfall, waterfall and massage jets. There is a four post king size reclaimed wood bed with an amazing second floor view of the entire circular lavender field. There is also an open kitchen/living room area with a view of 4,000+ lavender plants. You will be surrounded by custom-picked imported Italian granite selections. The sinks in the suite feature amethyst geodes.

This peaceful and centrally-located place is a sunny and spacious modern one-bedroom cottage located in the heart of historic Wakefield. We're minutes from many RI beaches. Stroll downhill to a lovely park on Saugatucket River, then cross the charming footbridge into town. Here you'll find a variety of restaurants, cafes, and ice cream, plus excellent community theater, yoga, and interesting shops. Relax inside this light-filled home or sit out on the deck overlooking the gardens and town.

This is a 1,400 sq ft private in-law apartment with your own locked entrance completely separate from the house. The 1st floor has two bedrooms with new queen beds and a full bath. The 2nd floor has a full kitchen, pull out couch, full bath and room for an inflatable bed. Child and dog friendly with pack n play and water bowls on hand. Private bright and clean one bedroom apartment with lots of natural sun light, high ceilings, wood floors and modern tasteful décor. Close to URI, Narragansestt, Jamestown , Newport and Watch Hill. Ten minutes from local beaches and great restaurants. Very quiet and peaceful rural setting! The area is great for biking and beautiful hiking trails within walking distance from our home. Trustom Pond Wildlife Refuge is close by. Block Island is a short ferry ride from Pt. Judith.

A cozy recently updated beach cottage across from Narrow River in the Middlebridge area of South Kingstown. You can watch the boats go by in summertime on the front porch. Nice quiet neighborhood, take the 3-minute walk to the neighborhood river access and launch the kayak and paddleboard available for our guests to use. Picturesque Narrow River divides Narragansett and South Kingstown. You can take a paddle about 2 miles to the mouth of the river at Narragansett beach.
