Located in a quiet village accessible to the Lincolnshire Wolds, local market towns Louth, Horncastle, Market Rasen Race course, Lincoln Cathedral/Castle. Plenty of public footpaths around the village and a local public house.

Our cosy little house is in the centre of the village of Messingham. There’s lots of pubs and eateries within walking distance. We have an Indian, Thai, Italian & dog friendly pubs with live music, hairdressers, beauty salons, a bakery & food shops. A short drive away there’s a Nature reserve, play barn, golf, tennis, fishing & a little zoo as well as Blyton ice cream & racetrack. A stream with ducks is in the next village. Offering every modern comfort, Chestnut Cottage offers a securely fenced private garden and private hottub. Walks from the door in every direction- through woodland to Market Rasen or go up the ridge to enjoy views of Lincoln on a clear day , and of course the walk into Tealby to enjoy the local pub and tea rooms.

Sleeping 2, this rural getaway is perfect for those wanting to retreat from the hustle and bustle of day to day life. Relax in the hot tub and soak up the sweeping views! Woldview retreat is on the edge of the small village of Spridlington, and has open plan living, dining and sleeping, with bifold doors opening out on to a balcony showcasing the scenic views of rural Lincolnshire. These can also be enjoyed from the hot tub. Maximum 2 Adults. No infants or children. No pets.

New for 2021 we have our converted shipping container lodge. Perfect for this years holiday as it is completely self contained in the middle of fields. This is a 4 person lodge, (suitable for 2 adults and small 2 children as the sofa bed is small double bed) benefiting from its own open plan kitchen/dining area, bathroom and double bedroom. Also own hot tub. Please note the garden of the lodge backs straight onto horses fields which there may be horses in during your stay

Relax and renew at The Bolthole, a cosy and quirky converted barn within a working small-holding. You might see sheep, goats, lambs, alpacas or donkeys during your stay, your human hosts are on site too! The Bolthole is tucked away in the quiet village of Glentworth, within easy reach of Lincoln. An ideal retreat, complete with wood-burning hot tub, or base from which to explore. The hot tub is amazing after a day of activity!
