Kami sekeluarga sangat senang menginap disini, bahkan ponakan saya ga mau pulang 😁. Tempat nya sesuai dg foto dan deskripsi, fasilitas lengkap, bahkan ada mesin cuci, area jemurnya cepat kering. Menurut saya worth it banget harganya. The last, thanks a lot untuk hunian nya yg nyaman, next pengen menginap disini lagi kalo ke Jakarta 🙏🥰

Emmanuel is a great host! He really makes sure your needs are met. There is filtered cold and hot water which is so so thoughtful. His response is almost immediate and always friendly. The apartment is so pretty and cozy . And the beds are soft and comfortable. We love the location - so near Senayan City and other great malls . Getting a Grab is also easy. There are a number of nice little restaurants and convenient shops just below the residence. We will definitely be back! Thank you so much Emmanuel!

Air panas nya sangat baik bukan hanya di kamar mandi tetapi juga di semua keran, sampai ke keran cuci piring. terdapat mesin cuci. parkir gratis. fasilitas lengkap. Apartemen masih sangat-sangat baru. sehingga ada beberapa perintilan yg blm lengkap. over all bintang 5

Stephanie’s place is very clean and everything is well maintained. We had issue with the aircon being broken on the first day, but thankfully stephanie was really helpful to solve the issue. But other than that no issue. They give enough tissue and supplies. Location is very good near MRT, kopitagran (famous coffee shop), Lotte Mall

Laksmi's place is perfect for a family of 6 (with 1 extra additional cost since the listing only caters for 5 ppl). I stayed for 2 nights and had an amazing stay. The unit is very spacious with 3 BR, 1 en suite bathroom, 1 extra bathroom. Kitchen was fully equipped and dining area was set for 6 ppl. 2 TVs and some children's books keep the kids entertained. of course the main entertainment areas was the large pool, hot bath, and playground. Laksmi always fast in responding to our queries. Can only recommend!

It looked exactly like the pictures and was very clean. Merry was very responsive and kind. Definitely would stay again if I have the chance, thank you Merry!

Prayuli is a great host and was easily reachable during my stay. The place is great and well-maintained. Some acceptable level of noise is to be expected from the balcony. Other than that, I would definitely stay again.

I really love to stay here. And will stay here very often. Melvin is amazing host. The place is very thoughtful too for example they put zoom in mirror so we could put on our make up easily. Really girls friendly. The staffs are amazing and very helpful as well. This place is only 7 minutes walk to PIM. 3 minutes if you sarapan nasi uduk dulu jadi larinya kenceng 🏃🏿‍♀️

An excellent place to stay. The house has everything that we need, including good air conditioning and wifi (fast fibre, generally very reliable). The host is very good: one of the best that we know. She is quick to respond to problems and requests. We are grateful that she gave us 3 days free because of our long stay in 2022. Be aware that the house is in a residential neighbourhood so you will have the normal sorts of noises for an area like this. Note especially that the house shares walls with the houses on either side, and behind, so sometimes you may hear repairs from these houses. We had very bad luck during our long stay in 2023 because the neighbours next door did noisy renovations for more than five weeks. We had to leave the house every day (even Sunday). It was difficult because the neighbour and the workmen gave wrong information:first they said that it was one day, then one week etc! However, these renovations are finished and we have made another long booking for 2024.

Wow we really love it!! sangat nyaman sekali untuk staycation & healing dari penat.. host yang sangat responsive dan ramah banget kalau kita butuh apa apa.. kamarnya luas banget, wangi, bersih.. bener bener bersih.. ac dingin banget.. breakfast simple tapi enak.. security nya baik banget.. so satisfied ! Pengen balik kesini lagi.. so worth it!!

Keren banget, luas rumahnya bahkan kita cuma ber13 aja kayanya muat sampai 17 orang, tiap orang dapat peralatan mandi spt handuk odol sikat gigi, disediakan welcome snack juga, ada teh dan kopi, ada mesin cuci yang bisa langsung kering jugaa!!! pokoknya nanti bakal balik lagi kalau ada acara kesiniiiii

Unitnya homey, sesuai dengan di gambar. sebelum check in sudah di wa oleh housekeepernya, jadi komunikasi bisa lebih cepat. bersih, fasilitas lengkap, kolam renang langsung depan unit. private lift dan parkir gratis untuk tamu juga

18日間、滞在しましたが、マンションの隣にスーパーマーケット、3つのショッピングセンターがあり生活しやすい場所にあり、あっという間の18日間でした。毎日、pacific placeというショッピングセンターにランチを食べに歩くのですが、ジャカルタの最先端の雰囲気を感じながら歩くのは、この街に来て良かったと思います。オーナー、フロントのスタッフ、セキュリティ、メイドとも親切な対応に感謝を申し上げます。昨年の秋に続いて2回目の利用になります。次回、ジャカルタに来た時は是非、利用したいと考えています。お世話になりました。

Fair price, clean & good location. Easy check in and friendly host. Our request for early check in was also fulfilled by Adrian. Some parts of the apartment need a bit of renovation (kitchen sink and also the floor below the sofa), but still a very good accomodation for the price in the central location of Jakarta.

Great host. Great building and location with very attentive staff. Pool and gym first class and having direct access to Kota Kasablanka Mall (one of the 90s best in Jakarta) is a bonus

Alya was a friendly host, she answered all the things we needed in a fast manner. The space was so spacious and comfortable enough for my friends and I to stay for 2 nights! The interior design was pretty and nicely put together, bedrooms were clean & everything looked as nice as the pictures listed here. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and we're definitely keeping your space in mind for our next staycation in the future 💖
