Южная Голландия: аренда кондоминиумов

We stayed for a long weekend and we couldn’t have asked for a better location or space! The location was perfect proximity to spend a day at the beach, then see all the tulip fields the next day. Check in was super easy (even though we were arriving fairly late in the day) and Mariska was incredibly responsive and helpful. Street parking and a comfortable bed also added to the amazing stay. Would definitely recommend this place to others.

We visit Vinkeveen with 4 girls and had a really nice time :) The apartment is pretty and clean and especially the balcony was great. I guess it's a perfect choice if you want to visit amsterdam but also want to have some relaxed time and enjoy the country side or the lake, wich is directly next to the airbnb. We would come back, thanks for the stay!

Coen und Nikki sind sehr gute Gastgeber. Die Wohnung ist gut an Buslinien nach Den Haag angeschlossen. Auch ein Bahnhof ist in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. In unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft gibt es einen Bäcker und ein Café.

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in Edwins Wohnung mit unserer Tochter! Der Check-In war äußerst einfach anhand der Keybox und die Parkplatzsituation besser als gedacht (konnten quasi direkt am Haus parken). Die Wohnung war wie auf den Fotos dargestellt und bestach durch einen fabelhaften Charme. Wir haben uns wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ausstattung war mehr als ausreichend! Man sollte bedenken, dass es ein wenig hellhörig ist, aber wir fanden es komplett im Rahmen und nicht störend. Die Kommunikation mit Edwin war fabelhaft und sehr freundlich - so gute Gastgeber gibt es nicht immer! :) Alles in allem können wir Edwin und die Wohnung mehr als weiterempfehlen! Danke nochmals für die tolle Zeit und immer schnelle Unterstützung per WA.

We had a fantastic time. The apartment was very comfortable and clean. We arrived earlier than planned - for once there were no traffic jams around Leiden but our host didn't mind. Beautiful little town and beach with accessible walkways for my husband. I didn't find the kitchen space so easy to use but for simple meals for a few days it's ok.

Wir waren zum 3. Mal im Beachhouse von Alexandra und werden sicher wiederkommen! Für uns ist es die perfekte Unterkunft in Noordwijk: tolle Lage direkt am Strand, sehr ruhig, perfekt sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Durch den Gaskamin ist die Wohnung zu jeder Jahreszeit warm und gemütlich. Alexandra ist eine tolle Gastgeberin. Auch wenn grundsätzlich Self Check in und Check out vorgesehen sind, hat sie uns immer begrüßt und verabschiedet und ist jederzeit erreichbar. Wir kommen wieder!

Ich habe 5 Nächte in dem schönen Hobbit Studio verbringen dürfen und es war alles vorhanden was man braucht. Astrid & Ed waren sehr gute Gastgeber und haben mich sehr nett empfangen. Sie waren gut erreichbar und haben mich stets umfassend informiert. Das Studio war sehr sauber, modern und gepflegt. Es ist bestens durchdacht und daher fehlte es an nichts.

Geweldige locatie voor paar dagen Katwijk. Makkelijk parkeren in de P garage die, evenals het strand en de stad, op twee minuten loopafstand is. Genoeg te doen in het plaatsje zelf. Genoeg winkels en horeca voor een paar leuke dagen. Katwijk museum aan te raden evenals de strandtent Paal 14. Superschone accommodatie, verduisterende gordijnen, lekker bed. Klein balkon voor ontbijt en koffie buiten. Zal overigens in de zomer wel echt warm zijn want warmte blijft wel hangen en geen airco. Rustige kamer, geen lawaai van buiten of van andere gasten. Douche prima. Handdoeken wissel etc elke twee dagen. Host Joost was er elke dag dus makkelijk aanspreekbaar. Ook eerder communicatie verliep soepel en snel. Kortom: wij waren zeer tevreden over de accommodatie en kunnen deze zeker aanbevelen. Tip: Koffiezetter is een filter apparaat dus losse koffie mee. Mocht je dit vergeten zijn is de supermarkt overigens in de straat.

We hebben het erg leuk gehad. Het uitzicht is echt geweldig, het appartement is heel ruim en heeft heel veel benodigdheden. De verhuurder reageerde heel snel en was erg vriendelijk. Als laatste waren alle instructies zeer duidelijk. Zeker een aanrader om hier te verblijven!

Nienke’s place was perfect for our week-long stay. She met us at check in and helped acclimate us to the space. They layout was great and very spacious. We loved walking to the metro which is right outside the apartment. Such a cute area and gorgeous views of canals and sunsets. Nienke is super sweet and always available to help. Fabulous communication and gracious host. We’d love to return someday!

Massive thanks to Rolf, Julia and Bruno for making us feel so welcome. Amstelveen is a lovely neighbourhood full of green space and it’s really easy to get into central Amsterdam. The fridge was fully stocked with goodies and the beds were really comfy. We’d recommend alongside Rolf and Julia’s suggestions - locally - a visit to Sunday - which is a floating bar and restaurant on the lake. And Holy Cow - which is an Indian takeaway that will deliver. Definitely take the bikes that are available. Is worth noting that they are proper Dutch bikes and to brake you have to pedal backwards. From experience… it’s Important to learn this before setting off. 😂. We hope to be back soon - Tom, Hannah and Indy the dog

Great apartment with a great view. Very clean. Had a problem with the above neighbour dropping lit cigarettes off their balcony dropping on ours but it was addressed quickly. Only feedback would be to get a fan for the bedroom. Apartment runs hot and it was a bit uncomfortable to sleep and too loud to open window. Would recommend and stay again.

Marjorie is a lovely host, very easy to talk to, gae us a lot of information. the place itself is really nice, has everything we needed for our short stay. the place is very well taken care off and is very nice, decorated with a lot of attention to detail. I would recommend staying here. if you are coming with a toddler bear in mind that there are stairs.

We had a great stay at Marije's cosy and comfortable appartement. Close to the metri station in a quiet and peaceful neighbourhood.

beautiful spacious place, located in the heart of the historic town. in nice weather you can use the lovely terrace. inside very clean, equipped with everything you could need. the host is very nice and communicative. highly recommended!

Mèhdi was very kind and responsive all the way through our stay. He checked us in personally and we had a very interesting conversation. He told us some fun facts and history about the canal/river passing in front. Place was spotless and felt like home, would definitely go back!

Karen was able to meet us at her house and walked us through. The location is perfect to explore the city. Bus 22 is right in front of the property and can get you to many places. We enjoyed our stay.

I had a wonderful time in Rotterdam! Since I was in the city for a research trip, Laila’s place offered everything that I needed: a place to work, a small kitchen to prepare my own meals, and a great connection to the rest of the city (by bus, tram or bike). I loved Charlois. The neighborhood has a lot of character, and I was glad to be in the middle of it all. Also, the communication with Laila was easy, and I felt very comfortable.

Beautiful and unique atmosphere of the house and surroundings. Ideal for creative residences and trips to nearby cities - from Woerden there are direct train connections to Utrecht, Amsterdam, Rotterdam, The Hague... Perfect combination with bicycles, which can be rented in Woerden at the train station (You need to register two weeks in advance!). Plus there's a piano, apple juice for purchase directly from the orchard and unprecedentedly friendly hosts... Highly recommended.

This listing is a hidden diamond. It is in a great location in the Hague where all the major tourist attractions are within walking distance. It is a small studio so it is ideal for one person or a couple. Everything you need is either in the apartment or within a 10 minute walk (groceries, restaurants, bars, bike rental, laundromat...). As it is in the "middle of the action", it can get quite loud in the neighborhood so if you are sensitive to noise it may be an issue.
