The Stable is a spacious property with everything you need for your stay. The bedroom is upstairs with a large & comfy bed & ensuite bathroom. The lounge area has various board games, books & foosball table to keep children & adults entertained. The kitchen & dining room is large and sunny. There is also a downstairs bathroom and utility room with washing machine. Yvonne was great to communicate with - quick to answer any questions. The fresh milk and scones on arrival was a nice touch. The Stable is well located for walks directly from the property or a short drive to the Forest of Dean. We enjoyed pizza & beer at the tap room at Bespoke Brewery in Littledean, dinner at Post in Newnham (highly recommend) & cider tasting at Severn Cider in Awre. A beautifully set up and self contained apartment. Lovely gardens and easy access to the countryside and the city. Being in a cul-de-sac and near the top of the hill also meant it was beautifully quiet and relaxing. The bus service to and from the city was excellent for evenings out and about. Great information pack to get up to speed on the local area and facilities. Cosy living room and great kitchen set up. The hot tub was a bonus to relax after the days spent walking the dog and exploring the area. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, Kate and Andrew were great hosts and super helpful to make our stay easy and stress free. Definitely recommend it!

Lovely homely stay, very comfy beds and sofa, well equipped kitchen and brilliant hot tub! Donna was so welcoming, helpful and responsive if needed. We went on some great days out to Glastonbury and Wookey Hole, plus Tyntesfield. The area was very quiet, the road did not bother us at all and we had an excellent meal at the local pub the Litton, would highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay. The barn is set in an absolutely stunning spot and is lovely inside. Bridget was a very kind host. We particularly enjoyed the walk up the hill to the pub in Priddy. Hopefully we'll be able to stay again!

Such a peaceful and idyllic stay - we loved the barn, the decor, cosy comfort and layout was superb for the 2 of us + preschooler in tow. Views are just gorgeous! Cotswold stone interiors are wonderful. Highly recommend!

a lovely few days in this peaceful cottage, with the added bonus of glorious weather. the cottage is comfortable and clean and in a wonderful location. Charles was extremely attentive and helpful.

We had a fantastic stay at Louise's lovely barn. It was spotless, exactly as photos showed and myself, my husband and our two children immediately felt comfortable and relaxed. Louise was very helpful prior to and during our stay and has gone to a lot of effort to ensure the barn was well equipped, clean and homely with some nice touches such as cookies and tea and coffee facilities on arrival, plenty of household supplies as well as games, books, films and suggestions of things to do and places to go in the area. We really enjoyed a recommended walk to visit St Antony's Well but the best part was enjoying the warm, dry weather in the barn, the garden and its beautiful surroundings. We only wish we had stayed for longer! We are very much hoping to return. Thank you for a lovely stay :)

Great place to stay, with much to see and do in and around. We came to give our grandson a Castle experience, and covered five in two days plus a river trip...We were blessed with fabulous weather and He had a blast! Everything in the accommodation was well thought out and comfortable, with rapid response to any questions. Very happy to recommend. Thank you Charlie.

The Stone Barn is set in a beautiful location and the place itself is amazing. We stayed here for 2 nights for a wedding in the local area and we couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay. The barn is exactly as described and fitted out well with everything you would need. Nicky and Mark were great hosts, providing detailed check in and parking information as well as initial essential items in the barn. We are already looking for our next excuse to stay here again.

This was 10/10 the place was so clean and tidy, could not have any negative feedback from this little break one bit. The kids loved the place was so so cosy and the place was ideal for us and our young family and the dog. We will be back Claire thank you so much for all the efforts !! The cold ciders was ideal for our long journey from London, and the kids loved the brownies. We never been to an air BNB with all the little touches our 3 year old has taken charge of the water bottle. Thank you Claire we will most see your lovely little barn again. Memories are every thing one love 💙

A wonderful place for our short stay in the Cotswolds. Cot and high chair were provided as we'd requested. There were also some good kids toys and books available to use. The space was kitted out really well with lots useful kitchen utensils, tea, coffee and fresh eggs all provided.

Die Unterlunft war kleiner als erwartet, aber dennoch makellos sauber, mit Allem ausgestattet, was man braucht und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Das Bett ist sehr bequem, wir haben darin super geschlafen. Alles da, was man in einer Küche so brauchen könnte… und mit kleinen Willkommensgeschenken… das hat uns sehr gefreut. Der Garten sieht zauberhaft aus. Trotz Hauptstraße ist es nicht zu laut. Sam und Adrian sind entzückend, sehr nett und immer gut erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gern wieder. 100% Empfehlung. 👍🏻

„The old stable“‘ ist eine schöne, geschmackvoll eingerichtete, gemütliche und geräumige Unterkunft mit einer großen Terrasse und einer großen Wiese. Die Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll und gepflegt. Die Bäder sind komfortabel, die Betten bequem. Alles ist sauber und gepflegt. Wir können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen!

Fantastic stay, Catherine and mark were both very kind, helpful and welcoming, the barn was very clean and tidy, perfect surroundings which were private and peaceful. Catherine also went out of her way to get us a thoughtful welcoming basket. Definitely recommend and would stay again.

A lovely converted Cotswold stone barn in a quintessential Cotswold village. The perfect place to explore the Cotswolds and beyond. Jo was a fantastic host. We would highly recommend.

The Barn was perfect for us. We traveled with our 2 kids and their grandparents and there was plenty of room for all 6 of us. Very nice having 3 bedrooms easily accessible with no stairs. The 4th bedroom upstairs felt private. The scenery is idyllic and so peaceful. The kitchen was well equipped and we appreciated having everything needed for cooking. It was really nice to be supplied with all household items and not have to shop for soap, toilet tissue, laundry detergent, etc. This is a truly fantastic, clean, and great place to stay.

We had a lovely few days here, Tom was very friendly and helpful. Loved all the animals, my daughter absolutely loved the dogs and is missing them already! Great location for visiting Bath and Bristol.

Beautiful location - drive into Bath only 15 minutes. Stunning views! Place was immaculate, very clean, beautifully designed and had everything you needed. Myself and the group I attended with could not fault it.

The space was beautifully kept, clean, and cozy, with thoughtful touches throughout that made it feel like a home away from home. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making check-in and communication smooth from start to finish. The location was perfect—quiet, yet close to everything I needed. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Must also say, the complementary banana cake was 👌

We had a fantastic few nights staying at Lisa’s home. A really well decorated house which had lots of space for our party of 8. The outdoor space was peaceful and spacious within a beautiful garden. The rooms were extremely well decorated and the bedrooms were large. The master suite is incredible! The communication from Lisa was flawless. Clear set of instructions and quick to respond. Would love to return.
