Eight young at heart but aging golfers enjoyed a self catering two nights. There was more than enough crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils for us to cook 3 course dinners each evening. The beds are comfortable; the house is private, we could hear the sea and the accommodation is large. There is a front lounge, very large dining area (seats 8 eight comfortably), good size kitchen and second lounge area, under cover back area with seating for 8, and a full size grilling or roasting BBQ. Ideal accommodation for 2 families or grandparents, parents and children. Highly recommended...we have been returning annually for some years.

We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend to others looking for clean, safe and simple accommodation. Everything felt clean and comfortable when we arrived. We loved the fireplace, our daughter loved the table tennis table out the back, and our dog loved the backyard which was safe and secure. Going for a short, local walk at dusk was great for kangaroo, wombat and rabbit spotting also!

Jennifer's home was a dream for our group with the kids and adults loving the heated pool and sitting around chatting in the living areas. We loved every moment of our long weekend away. The kitchen was well equipped and the supply of clean linen, towels and pool towels was immaculate.

Samantha’s place was beautiful and relaxing. Loved the record player! The kitchen was well equipped for self catering. Note that the short walking track to the beach is quite steep. Recommend going via the campground.

Thank you Matt and Kylie for the amazing stay! We were looking for a quick getaway and this place was the best. Clean, cozy, walkable to all needed places (shop ~4min, beach ~8min, nearest cafe 4min, nice restaurant ~7min). We loved the fenced yard and min-golf. Every room had a heater, which was the nice addition as the nights started to get colder. Amazing book collection and some board games that we enjoyed in the evening as well as cozy yard with lights and fire pit. Thank you and hope to come back soon

It was definitely worth staying Robyn’s place. Located in a quiet area and near the national park, we enjoyed our time to the fullest. I appreciated the very nice and clean house with all the facilities that make your stay easy and comfortable, and lovely welcoming by the host. I highly recommend this opportunity for those who want to enjoy the amazing nature and yet prefer to sleep on a cozy bed and have easy access to the necessities:)

Beautiful home, extremely clean and everything provided plus more. Great location, walk to shops and beach. Very pet friendly. Lovely front and back gardens. High recommend

We had a lovely long weekend in Venus Bay. Gert’s place was a great space for our family (including dog). Gert was responsive when we needed to reach out to him. It was a peaceful location and great drinking coffee on the veranda watching the sunrise.

Thank you for a wonderful time. Will have to return for a Longer stay next time. I felt really comfortable. The bed was amazing to sleep on and the couch is really comfortable.

We stayed at Ms. Michell’s lovely home in Waratah Bay two days ago and had a truly wonderful experience. The place was spotlessly clean, well-equipped, and incredibly comfortable. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged, making us feel right at home. The peaceful surroundings and cozy atmosphere made our stay very relaxing. Janice’s apartment was perfect for our stay, spacious and well appointed. Great to have the rooftop vantage point and the close proximity to the cafe’s, lovely shops and The Esplanade board walk and hotel. We would love to stay again.

Barb was friendly and helpful. Check in was easy with a locked box key. Studio was well equipped with everything we needed for our holiday. Fully equipped kitchen with pod coffee maker, comfy bed, tv, boardgames. Everything has been thought of. Was very clean and tidy. We were kindly invited to use backyard facilities too, fire pit, bbq and games. Thank you for a letting us stay 😊

This was exactly what we needed, a beautiful and cosy stay at a farm with lovely hosts. The place is conveniently located a scenic one hour drive away from Melbourne's south east suburbs. Julie and Peter were super hospitable and kind, they went above and beyond to make our stay a memorable experience by letting us feed their chickens and engage with us in friendly conversations. Highly recommended to anyone wanting a getaway to break free from the hustle and bustle of the city life, thank you Julie and Peter!
