Located in Adolphus Reach, the cottage is 2 minutes away from the Glenora Ferry (free) which takes you in 10 minutes to Prince Edward County. Ferry crosses every 15 mins in summer, 30 min otherwise. 15-35 mins drive to Picton, Bloomfield, Wellington and Sandbanks Prov Park as well as vineyards and restaurants. Beautiful Lake Home in South Eastern Ontario

Our house is a wonderful place to enjoy being on a lake. You will be staying in our home where we live with our cat when we do not have airbnb guests. When we have guests, we live in a tiny house in the backyard and are available if needed. There is no landline but cell phone service is good. Internet is StarLink, which is usually fast. We are not a good fit for large groups who are noisy or families with very energetic children because we have close neighbours who enjoy peace and quiet.

Tucked away in the rugged Land O’ Lakes region of Eastern Ontario, the waterfront Salmon River Wilderness Camp is a private, 300-acre wilderness, bordering on the pristine Salmon River as well as Cade Lake. Rejuvenate with a swim, go paddling in a canoe at your doorstep, and hike in the rolling landscape of forests, granite and clean water. Centrally located between Toronto, Ottawa, and Montreal, we're also near Puzzle Lake Provincial Park and the Lennox & Addington Dark Sky Viewing Area.

There is deep water dockage if you plan to bring a boat.
