Great location to explore the Black Hills area. About a mile from Custer, near Custer State Park, convenient to other local attractions. Kitchen was well furnished and easy to cook meals. Sofa was comfortable for watching tv and bed was comfortable. Grill was great to use! Everything was clean and maintained well. Jordan was very responsive when I couldn’t figure out the tv and also when we wanted to extend our stay another night. Plenty of room for a small family. I would not hesitate to rent his place.

A really nice secluded cabin. We loved the we could bring our dogs! The cabin was very clean. It was secluded, private and beautiful! We would highly recommend it. More than that we plan on going back and very much look forward to it!

We had a glorious time in the hills staying at Joy’s little red inn. The kids enjoyed the large front yard for playing and the adults enjoyed the fire and beauty that surrounded the property. We enjoyed being close to Custer and Joy being so responsive to us. We hope she will have us back soon!

Beautiful location. Secluded. If you need phone or high speed WiFi it is not for you. If you enjoy nature, views and peace and quiet, then you will love it. Owners are very responsive and helpful if you have questions. We stayed for a trip to Badlands, Wind Cave and Custer State Park.

Kristin's place was full of charm and historical character. She was very accommodating and quick to respond. Plenty of space for a large group! Would definitely stay again!

Our stay was GREAT! ONLY hiccup was that there was a very unexpected high rain amount and the roads were a little sketchy. I would recommend not using gps abd visiting 1 on 1 with Cyrus on best way to get there if its raining. The place was clean and perfect for our needs. Will definitely 💯 book again!

Great place to stay if you want a peaceful retreat.

The cabin is in a hunter's paradise and everything we needed was provided at Jamie's cabin. Everything was clean and the cabin was well furnished. We had some questions about the area and Jamie was happy to help us with any information she could provide and was a very gracious host. If we are able to come back to the area, we will definitely stay there again!

We stayed here for a family celebration. It was great and exactly as was described. We would certainly stay here again!!

This is my second time staying at Duane and Rhonda's. It was no surprise I was welcomed wonderfully to a beautiful space. Their place exhudes hospitality...peace and calm is what I needed and I was able to enjoy that here! Rhonda was proactive in communicating all the details I needed for my stay and was readily available if I had needed anything. Perfectly situated away from the hub bub of the area, but certainly close enough should you want to enjoy the city. I absolutely would stay again and will be recommending to others! You will leave feeling blessed!

We had a wonderful stay at Clint’s home! The area is peaceful and has such a beautiful view. The house itself offers so much space and everything we needed. Clint is on site in a separate building. He was not at all intrusive, but was available if we needed anything. We highly recommend staying here! It was a great, central location for a variety of day trips - Custer State Park, Mt Rushmore, Crazy Horse and on and on…

This place was just like advertised…spacious, clean and well-stocked. The location is convenient with easy access to sights. Tracy was a wonderful host…very friendly and helpful.

Absolutely one of the most excellent places we have ever stayed. The attention to detail in the building of this home is incredible. Such a beautiful setting too. Our family of six was so comfortable, two people on each floor. The deck was perfect for meals and star gazing. Ray’s Roost is top notch. Would love to visit again!

What a fantastic unique place to stay! You will literally be staying on the prairie and it's so peaceful and quiet and just GREAT =) First to greet us were the adorable sheep, then we met the begging chickens in the AM, and the friendliest cat in the afternoon. Just sit out on the back patio and listen to the breeze. The hosts were super responsive and gave us a TON of recommendations for things to do and restaurants to try. Definitely check out Badlands National Park about an hour east! Thanks again.

We really enjoyed our stay. We cooked in the well appointed kitchen, put our Christmas gifts under the tree, bathed in the beautiful tub, enjoyed a beer at the brewery and were made to feel at home. Thank you for the great experience!

This was a wonderful stay! It was close to all of the attractions that we wanted to see but with plenty of quiet and privacy after a day of exploring the area-Virgil was very informative and welcoming and I would stay here again! Loved the heated floors and the bird feeder right outside

Julie & Dewey's Country Guesthouse was fantastic. When we came in there was a welcome sign with some chocolates which was so sweet. The location is fabulous for many local attractions. We visited the Badlands, Custer State Park, Mount Rushmore, and Wind Cave and all of the drives were nearby. Julie was very helpful with showing us the parking location. We love cats, so Murphy the barn cat was also a delight. No issue for anyone who may be fearful or allergic since he's outside. The place itself was gorgeous and felt very much like home. There were signs throughout the house giving detail about various things which was also very helpful and enjoyable.

Megan responded to all my questions quickly. Very nice place for our family to enjoy a couple days together. Super close to TP ski area. Clean and comfortable.

This was our fifth stay at Antlers Retreat. Lori is a great host—always welcoming and responsive. We look forward to our next visit!

The location, house and amenities were perfect! We loved how quiet, peaceful and private it was. Thank you so much for opening the hot tub during the off season. Mornings were perfect sitting in the hot tub, watching the sun rise, listening to and watching the wildlife, all while drinking a cup of coffee. We have already talked about returning and have recommended this location to other family. Thank you again, the process and description were spot on!
