Cozy & Clean Lower Level Suite

Our lower level space is designed to provide you with everything you need! It’s cozy & clean! You’ll have free street parking, your own private entrance, bathroom, and kitchenette supplied with several small appliances. Storage space is also available. Self check-in with lockbox. Tall folk beware— this is a basement space! Ceilings are 79in. Bathroom is even shorter. For cat allergy sufferers— we do have cats on main floor but they’re never allowed in the guest space. Welcome to Racquet on Elm St. Situated in a quiet neighborhood just minutes from the Missouri River/Lake Francis Case, this lodge-style home is designed for comfort, relaxation and fun. This spacious 3BR/2.5BA home, spanning over 2,400 square feet, was completed in April 2019 and includes its very own private attached racquetball court.
