Highly recommended! Thuy was helpful and her place is a lot bigger than what expected. She pretty much provides what you will need for your stay.

Brian's place was absolutely perfect for our needs. We needed to stay about a month to finish up our move to the area. Brian was extremely accommodating and understanding. His home was perfectly set up for an extended stay and very clean. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful as well. I would highly recommend a stay here!

Everything about the house and host was fantastic. COMMUNICATION- Teri was always quick to respond to questions and made sure we knew the neighborhood rules with regard to parking. LOCATION- A short walk to South Congress which means a short walk to great places to eat and see music- it's also close (maybe 6 to 10 blocks?) to a very large grocery store. HOUSE- Fantastic, comfortable, clean. The little back porch area was great, living room was super nice and comfortable, kitchen had plenty of everything....and 2 very comfortable bedrooms and 2 bathrooms means 2 couples have plenty of space. I would stay again in a second and would recommend this place to anyone....We loved it!

Great home! Cute and thoughtful. Back yard is adorable. Sat out on back patio and worked peacefully. Carissa was great at communicating.

Angela home was very nice and welcoming the kitchen was amazing enough space and all the amenities to cook for a Christmas gathering. Her home is very spacious the game room was a plus. The backyard was lovely nice and cozy. Thank you for allowing me and my family to share your home. I would definitely recommend.

This was the third time we have stayed at this Flor's place. We have found it to be a great place to stay. Love having the garage door opener available. Flor has always quickly responded to any message. We hope to stay there again in the future.

The room matches the pictures. Not spectacular, but 100% worth the price. Nicole was very responsive with any questions we had and was a great host. The building the unit is located in does feel a bit run down, but that wasn’t an issue for us. Also worth noting the washer & dryer described in the listing is located in a shared laundry room within the complex.

Very responsive hosts, flexible since we wanted to continue staying more days, apartment was very cute and matched the description. We felt right at home and would love to stay again

Rose was a great host! The place was just as nice as was shown with a great deck and view that made it feel like a treehouse. We stayed here as an alternative to the Omni for an event that was there - and getting Ubers to and from the hotel was mixed (sometimes easy, sometimes a bit pricey). But can't say enough about Rose as a host - she was great!

This has got to be the most spotless Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. It was very cozy and just as described. I will definitely be booking again! ☺️

My husband and I were in town for a wedding and this was a perfect location for us! We mostly took Ubers around but did walk from S. Congress once and the walk was not bad at all. Very private and quiet neighborhood. Our code didn't work right away, but the host responded quickly and got us in (and even allowed us to check in a little early!). Great place to stay, would stay here again if we come back to Austin!

We had a fantastic stay, with everything we needed. It was also very convenient to get to the South by Southwest venues, only about a 15-minute taxi ride away. There are also many great craft breweries nearby where you can grab a drink and relax, or you can buy food and cook back at the accommodation. It's also very close to Walmart. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay.

Our stay at Rachel’s was perfect, very nice spacious home that is within a couple miles walk of lots of amazing restaurants and activities. I would highly recommend

Stunning view. Only a 20ish minute walk downtown which was nice. BnB had everything we needed for the weekend. Pro Tip: There's a fresh water spicket inside the fridge so no need to find a filling station!

The condo was great. Valet and front desk staff were friendly, the building is beautiful, and the bar/coffee shop in the lobby was so nice to have. The pool is small and was very busy but was clean and had nice lounge chairs and cabanas. The condo was clean, comfy, and decorated nicely. The only negative was the lack of lighting, especially when you’ve got four girls trying to do make-up, but the host was receptive to my suggestion for adding a lamp. Their communication was excellent.

Jessica was a great host! She communicates clearly and is accommodating. The place was clean, the location is nearby a lot of great food spots, and the area is safe. I really appreciate how we had a late checkout and Jessica was very understanding. Would gladly come back!

Great location and great unit. The only thing I’d change is less messages. It was tough to actually find the codes and important info with all the long messages!

We needed a place close to campus for a long weekend. This condo was perfect. Clean, comfortable beds, enough hot water, quiet. It’s a third floor unit (walk up) on the alley side. No long list of checkout instructions. Very plug and play. We would absolutely stay there again.

Our stay was wonderful. The couch was comfortable and great for a nap. The view was amazing but wow watching the traffic outside made you want to stay in or walk. Rainey street was great for drinking but not enough food options. The bed was comfortable and the place was stocked with everything we needed.
