Amazing stay! I would recommend and would definitely stay again. Beautiful location which is right next to ladybird lake and easy to walk to downtown. I personally loved the balcony as it has a great view and lots of wildlife to look at. It’s a great walking spot. It also has a pool area which we loved. I don’t have any negative things to say at all. The host was very responsive and gave clear instructions on where is best to park and even let us check in one hour early! Thankyou 😌

This has got to be the most spotless Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. It was very cozy and just as described. I will definitely be booking again! ☺️

Great place, very quiet and lots of space. Everything was good, and its very near from places you might want to visit.

The airbnb looked just like the photos. It was clean and felt like home the moment we walked in. We loved the location! It was so nice to walk around to the different shops and we ate at some great restaurants. Keith was a great host and super helpful throughout the stay. I will definitely be booking again when we come back to visit the Austin area!

The view was fantastic, watching the lights come up in the city at night. Easy check-in, secure building, comfortable beds. We didn't cook since we only had a short stay. Preferred to sample the local cuisine. Steps away from the walking trail along Lady Bird Lake, a shady oasis amid the crazy amount of construction as Austin continues to grow. Plenty of street parking with the Park ATX app. Read posted signs carefully to understand which days/hrs are free in your zone. An enjoyable experience - would book again.

Shruti’s apartment was absolutely perfect for our stay in Austin. The apartment itself is spacious and very modern, with a great view. The facilities in the apartment block were also great to have and use. Only a 2 minute walk from Rainey street so it was very easy to get around. Highly recommend

Quick wifi, beautiful views, creamer and water in the fridge, and a super comfy bed. What more can you ask for?

Overall excellent. We had an issue checking in late at night, mostly our fault. The instructions from the owner did not contain the building access code because it was buried in the details from AirBnb. Also, the sofa is not acceptable as a bedding option for a 3rd person. Again, mostly our fault, but perhaps the owner should discourage 3 people.

Very nice condo with great views of the city and lake! Very clean and very comfortable, plenty of room to spread out. Absolutely no problems with condo. The only problems we had were street noise ( unfortunately I’m a light sleeper) and wait times for elevator. Check out on Sunday was a bit crazy, waited for elevator for about 25 minutes and then it stopped at every floor going down because so many people were checking out at the same time. Would I stay here again? Yes!

The condo was great. Valet and front desk staff were friendly, the building is beautiful, and the bar/coffee shop in the lobby was so nice to have. The pool is small and was very busy but was clean and had nice lounge chairs and cabanas. The condo was clean, comfy, and decorated nicely. The only negative was the lack of lighting, especially when you’ve got four girls trying to do make-up, but the host was receptive to my suggestion for adding a lamp. Their communication was excellent.

I’ve stayed at this property many times and it’s always a fantastic experience. I almost don’t want to share how great it is because then it’ll get booked up and I won’t be able to snag it! Maelia is a wonderful host, and the whole team is consistently top-notch. Always love my stays here — highly recommend!

We had a lovely week staying at this apartment. The apartment had all the facilities that we needed and it was far better than staying in a hotel. The Rainey street area had plenty of bars and restaurants and it was close to Lady Bird lake and some lovely walks. if we come back to Austin, this will definitely be our first choice stay.

Even with a checkin snafu — which the hosts worked hard to rectify — this was a wonderful, bright condo to stay during SxSW. Clean, modern, great views, good amenities. Would stay again.

Had an amazing stay at Lauren and Chad’s place. It was clean and just as described. The neighborhood was safe and fairly close to 6th st in downtown. Highly recommend!

Came here for a friend’s bachelor party and it was perfect. House fit 12 of us comfortably and was exactly like the listing. Recommend this location to all!

We enjoyed our stay here. Perfect for our family. We went to a concert at Q2 and it was a quick uber trip away. The place was very homey. We enjoyed the outdoor space as well as the fitness equipment in the garage. We had a full house and used every blanket, and we were never cold at night. (One extra fleece blanket per room)

George was extremely responsive and helpful. The house was perfect for our group meeting up to come to a wedding. it's a great space for hanging out!

Perfect stay all around! Our kids were extremely entertained by the pool and games. The house was nicely updated and had everything we needed. Tray was very responsive and check in/out was seamless. We loved the quiet area and would definitely stay here again.

Both of the host were very accommodating and super helpful! Pool and hot tub were great lots of room to grill out and socialize as a family. We will definitely be back to stay location is so perfect

Our group, mixed with in-laws and our toddlers, had the best time here! It is a really lovely and comfortable space that, in many ways, felt like home away from home. The backyard is incredibly peaceful and relaxing, and was a highlight for our crew. The beds were all very comfortable and the living room large and cozy. We had all we needed and the location was ideal for being off the path of hustle and bustle but everything you need being quickly accessible. One note for consideration is that while the guest is cute and modern in many ways, the bath is a drop down tub and may be tricky for older guests to navigate if the primary shower is unavailable. Erin was a great hostess and very communicative! My oldest toddler was devastated to leave the “special house” and we were not quite ready either. We would happily return to this property!
