Beth and Joe were so welcoming throughout my short visit to Charleston, SC. The place was easy to find and in a private neighborhood with easy off street parking. A short $20 uber into the center of Charleston also offered flexibility to my schedule for restaurants and evenings out. The place offered a relaxed and welcoming space for a number of days and I enjoyed both the accommodation and the helpful, yet not overbearing, advice and chats about the area.

Great stay, great hosts, gorgeous view, and beautiful dog who was the most well behaved dog I’ve ever seen. Totally enjoyed my stay.

A quiet spot, close to everything you want to do in Charleston, just a 15 minute car ride to downtown, Folly beach, Mt. Pleasant or North Charleston.

The area is beautiful and convenient to Beaufort SC, as well as the beautiful lowland islands. I spent the day at Hunting Island on the beach, which is only about a 25 min drive. It was peaceful and quiet. The bedroom was quiet and comfortable. The host was helpful and kind. I received a great massage from Cindi during my stay. Highly recommended!

Everything about our stay at Diana’s was perfect! Location, cleanliness, attentiveness and all the extras! She made us feel like family and truly cared about us having a nice and relaxing time while visiting! We will be returning guests, cannot say enough great things about this wonderful lady and her place! Go TIGERS!

Sandra communicated just the right amount from the very beginning and was very flexible with the reservation , which changed due to work. I needed a place to stay and rest while working in the area. The bed was very comfortable and I slept very well. The back porch was as comfortable as it looks in the pictures and was a great place to read a book and relax. Sandra was very thoughtful with providing coffee and breakfast as well. If my work commitments keep me in the area again, Sandra’s place is the first I will check for availability.

Great hosts. Room was quiet and clean and comfortable. The kitchen and bathroom had all the amenities I needed. The view of the sunset over the marsh from the front porch is a nice touch, and if you like hearing/watching the jets practice their flights around the nearby base that is also a bonus! Wish I could have stayed longer and explored the area as it seems nice, but was just in town for a night. Would recommend and do it again!

Bev’s place is the place to stay if you are looking for a peaceful stay and true southern hospitality ♥️ Her home is welcoming and comfortable and she treated us like family and my dog like he was her own. I have family in the area so the next time I go back I may not need a place to stay but I will go to visit Bev no matter what. She is a gem❣️

Dan war ein lieber zurückhaltender Gastgeber. Er hatte soviele nützliche Dinge im Zimmer vorbereitet, und auch unerwartete. Es waren frische Blumen, Obst, Joghurt und Wasser da. Das war sehr nett und haben wir nicht erwartet. Es war eine tolle Terrasse genau vor unserem Zimmer und wir konnten hier toll frühstücken und Abendessen. Der Blick auf das Marschland und die Bäume im Garten waren superentspannend. Es hat uns hier sehr gut gefallen. Danke schön

This has been our “home away from home” for the past four years. We have stayed here so many times, including all of our Easter breaks. Our son is graduating from SWU in less than two weeks. We will miss our time visiting Eagles Rest.

My wife and I had an amazing anniversary stay at the Chick Inn on Main. The hosts (and their dog Moose) were incredibly kind and very accommodating. It felt like we were staying with family. The house was beautiful and our room was perfect for our getaway. After a day of adventures we were looked forward to resting in the comfortable bed, watching our shows. The bathroom was spotless. The breakfast was very delicious and something my wife and I frequently talked about during the duration of our trip. We are extremely happy with our stay and look forward to returning to the Chick Inn on Main again for another adventure in the Charleston area.

Both Stacey and Robert were incredibly kind and flexible. The snacks and drinks provided were fantastic. The decor was magical. Stacey and Robert had suggestions about where to eat and what to do. They were talkative but also gave privacy. The linens were perfect and I felt so at peace when resting in the queen with bunk bed room. My son called the room with the white Christmas tree the “Frozen room”. I will definitely be staying here next time we’re in town. Thank you for a very relaxing end to our vacation.

Staying at Nan‘s place was like being with old friends. They made us feel very welcome and we really felt we could treat their home like our home. A beautiful porch to enjoy a cold beer or a cup of tea on. In the morning, generous use of their bikes to explore the local area with great recommendations. I wish we could’ve stayed longer!

I had so much fun at Joseph & Tina's Bed & Brew! These hosts are wonderful, the location is perfect and the handcrafted beer is pro-level! The town's festival was amazing; but even better was the live band at the B&B. I would definitely stay again and recommend to others!

A beautiful home that was in pristine condition and modern amenities despite the age of the home. Although we did not use it, the kitchen was spectacular and could have accommodated cooking for many people. The sitting rooms were comfortable and peaceful as was the outdoor seating areas. The neighborhood was upper end and felt very safe for all. The owner takes great pride in the property and its care and it truly shows. A great stay while visiting our daughter and grandchildren without imposing on their home. We hope to stay there again on our next visit.

Ryan was extremely friendly and the place was exactly as described and they were flexible with my late arrival. Clean and comfortable and Ryan even made breakfast and coffee. I would definitely stay again if I was in the area!

We have really enjoyed stay @ Lindsy’s place. It had served us well on short trip to Greenville. Especially I liked morning refreshments, coffee and bagels with cream cheese, as complimentary addition to our stay. A+++

Donna's place was immaculate and quiet. She was very friendly and we felt welcome in her home. There are a lot of steps to climb to the second level of her house where the rented space is. It was not an issue for me, but may be for some. She is about a 15 min drive from the beach and other attractions.
