Chambls Shack provides wanderers with a slow stay, overlooking the sandy beach at Verona Sands. Chambls is a genuine shack experience, complete with 1970’s kitchen, open fireplace and light shades. Plenty of wobbly bits and sloping floors, but we’re watertight, warm and a whole load of fun. Unwind on the expansive deck furnished with bean bags, outdoor dining settings, a gas BBQ, and a custom-built woodfired oven. Inside, cozy up by the warm pellet fire, cook in the fully equipped kitchen, and savor the views. We want to offer visitors to Hobart a unique & luxurious accommodation experience, which connects modern design with its rugged, bush environment. Located in West Hobart, we are a short 8 minute drive to the Salamanca water front. Our 2 story house is nestled in a private bushy street, with amazing views of the Derwent River, South Hobart, Sandy Bay & beyond. The home is spacious and private, yet surrounded by (harmless) local wildlife. You will see many wallabies grazing on the property.
