The cottage overlooks farmland and beautiful Sheep Pond beach which is family friendly and offers a sandy beach, warm waters and easy walking adventures along PEI's renowned Red Shores.

Rollo Bay Flats Cottage

Rollo Bay Flats Cottage is a private, cozy oasis tucked away on a red dirt road in between the ocean and the Rollo Bay Greens Golf course. The cottage has a huge view of the ocean and the bay from every window. Guests can enjoy sitting on the deck watching the seals and enjoy the magical daily sunsets. Walking distance to all amenities, the Confederation Trail and Les Iles de la Madeleine Ferry(CTMA) terminal, and Souris Beach. Basin Head and other beaches are a close drive away. Private parking.
