Logement très propre et fonctionnel, les lits sont très confortables. La piscine est un vrai plus. Ce n'est pas un quartier touristique mais très calme et paisible. Localisation oratique avec Bolt (équivalent uber) ou en voiture pour vous rendre sur Tunis, la marsa, sidi bou said ou encore gammarth. Merci à Anis pour son accueil.

Die Wohnung entsprach genau den Fotos, war sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation lief reibungslos und freundlich. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt und kommen gern wieder.

Great villa. 3 large bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms (although one bathroom had a nasty smell which we kept closed all the time; did not cause any problems to us). Overall, very clean and modern villa. Aziz’s son-in-law who lives on the second floor was extremely helpful. He was very professional and one of the best hosts I met. The kids enjoyed the swimming pool; it was a bit cold in April. The pool was clean and it had Jacouzi. The waterfall in the swimming pool didn’t work. Villa has a remote controlled gated driveway that could easily accommodate 2 cars which was a bonus as we rented a car from the airport. Overall, great stay, very responsive host and we would come again.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce magnifique logement ! Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été agréablement surpris par le fait que le logement était encore plus beau que sur les photos. Tout était conforme à la description, et même au-delà de nos attentes. Le jardin est un véritable havre de paix, et la piscine, très bien entretenue, a été un pur bonheur sous le soleil. L'hôte a été particulièrement accueillante et disponible tout au long de notre séjour, ce qui a grandement facilité notre expérience. Nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous, tout en profitant d'un cadre exceptionnel. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement à tous ceux qui cherchent à passer un moment de détente et de plaisir. Nous y retournerons sans hésiter !

Every detail, from the cozy furnishings to the well stocked amenities, reflected care and attention. The location was fantastic in nice area peaceful and relaxing. It was the perfect blend of convenience and tranquility. The host Mr. Oualid was exceptional, and exceptionally responsive, provided clear instructions, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay and would absolutely recommend this to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway, and especially for families. Wir hatten das Appartement für 5 Nächte gemietet und waren mit einem Mietwagen unterwegs. Wir haben direkt am Appartementkomplex immer einen Parkplatz gefunden. Supermarkt und Imbisse direkt in der Umgebung. Auch das Café im Haus war sehr angenehm. Die Unterkunft war schön und sauber, genauso wie auf den Fotos, auf Nachrichten wurde sofort reagiert und bei Problemen geholfen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Alles war super, das ist schon der zweite aufenthalt, Kommunikation läuft ohne Probleme und sehr freundlich. Man fühlt sich in dem Apartment sehr wohl und es ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Ich kann es nur weiter empfehlen. Vielen dank :)

Aymen était très réactif, communication facile , il était disponible a chaque fois, il y a des questions. Appartement très propre a recommandé. vraiment Aymen hôte a recommandé, il est très accueillant. il save bien que ce qu'est Airbnb et que ce qu'il cherche les clients. a la prochaine.

This place is immaculate. It's clean, tidy and well equipped/furnished. It's a new and high standard build. Felt right at home from the start. Underground reserved parking is practical. Internet is ok. Clean linens and towels. Building is clean. Host is friendly and accomodating. Fancy neighborhood, walking distance from all amenities.

My stay in Tunis, Chema was an excellent host! She was very kind, helpful, responsive, supportive, etc. She is definitely a Super Host, and made me feel safe & comfortable in my living situation. Her property matched the description, and is in an excellent area. It is a short distance from the airport, which made arrival and departure easy. And it is just 1 minute from the grocery storeAnd There are many good restaurants within walking distance from it. Overall, excellent stay in Chema’s Airbnb!
