Laid-back, countryside vibe. The main house overlooks a vast expanse of rice fields, reminiscent of Bali. Bugiw is kubo-like, but much much equipped with everything you need. You will love the kitchen. The place is not next to the beach, it would take you to cross the street and a short walk, but once you get through, it is stunning. It’s a sunrise side, but best in the afternoon for the shade. It’s possible to camp on the beach. I had the best time.

Pros: ✨Great location: it’s located at the center of Irosin - near the palengke, supermarkets, schools, churches, and just more or less 30 mins ride to hot springs. ✨ With complete kitchenwares ✨ With two bathrooms, useful for big families ✨ Although there’s only one bedroom, they have extra beddings you can arrange in the living room. ✨ The caretaker is very friendly. She’s just one call away if you have concerns/requests. Not really cons, but something you might need to consider when booking: 🌋 No wifi & No generator (Irosin is prone to scheduled brownouts). 🌋 Place is a bit small, so you really have to make do of the space. Rearrange furnitures in order to place the extra beddings 🌋 Could be a bit noisy cos it’s located beside the church Overall, we had a great stay. ⭐️

Sir Pat was very accomodating during the stay. We loved our experience. We both had the luxury of privacy, but still enjoyed the accessibility from the the surfing, and swimming area where lifeguards are. Truly a breathtaking place. Experiencing the story, and warmth of the place completes our vacation for us! Thank you, Tata Rock! 💖

The place was beautiful! It was a quiet respite and very private and that was just what we were looking for as we had a few family events during our stay. The host was extremely accommodating regarding the special requests we’ve had to ask. The resident caretaker - Ms. Felisa and Mr. Barry were awesome! Felisa was an amazing cook! We just had to let her know how we want all the fresh produce, seafood and others local products done and she would turn them into masterful culinary creations. For a nominal fee, nothing was too much for her. I’ve been to almost 90 countries and this was the 2nd time I’ve booked accommodations via Airbnb and this place was something special. Do not expect Four Seasons or Ritz Carlton or Aman amenities or ambiance but the place has everything a family would need to have a memorable stay. Will totally go back and book this place over and over again.

We had a very relaxing and comfortable stay. Felt like we are at our own home. The place is just a few steps away from the beach and there is a store across the house where you can buy food and other things. We will definitely book again.

Staying at this Airbnb was an absolute fun! The host was incredibly accommodating, the space was spotless and beautifully decorated, and the location couldn't have been better. I highly recommend this gem to anyone looking for a top-notch experience. 5 stars all the way!

Tahimik sa loob ng room. Di masyadong maririnig yung mga sasakyan na dumadaan. Very comfy ng higaan at ng couch. Malakas yung aircon and complete ang amenities. Malapit yung unit sa grocery and convenience store, fastfood resto, pasyalan, and may katapat na kainan. Sulit for its price. Sobrang bait din ng unit owner. Thank you Sir Jose for accommodating us. the best part was the people, ms. claire, and ma'am elvie was very hands on. super friendly, and accomodating. the place was beyond our expectations, it was an amaziiing stay. the beach is just a minute walk from the place, and it was serene. not a lot of people, this is perfect for those who wants alone time. my bf, and I was able to celebrate our anniversary without any disturbances. will definitely book again, and reco this to our family, and friends! 💗😊
