We had an amazing stay at this vacation home in Guerneville! The space was spotless and had everything we needed for a fun and relaxing getaway. We especially enjoyed the amenities—pool table, ping pong, jacuzzi, and a fantastic selection of board games to keep us entertained. The kitchen was well-stocked with cooking supplies, making meal prep a breeze. The house itself was very spacious, and even our dogs had a great time exploring. Our host, Stephen, was fantastic—super responsive and accommodating, making the experience even better. For the price, this place is a great deal, and we’re already looking forward to coming back during the warmer months! Highly recommend!

I’ve stayed at this property many times. It’s feels like a home away from home, and the host responds immediately to my questions. I intend to continue choosing this place in my future stays.

My family and I stayed at Kim’s place for several nights, and it rained almost every day, but the airbnb was so clean, organized, and comfortable that we fully enjoyed staying in each night, playing games and cooking food. It feels very spacious in the main shared living room/kitchen area, so everyone can spread out. We also brought 2 family dogs, who felt right at home too. The location of this Airbnb is great too because it’s only about a 30-minute drive to both the Bodega Bay Area on the coast and the Santa Rosa wine country area. Highly recommend this airbnb, and would come back again!

This place was fantastic for the four of us to have a peaceful New Years Eve trip away. You are right in a redwood grove, with a lot to do right nearby. The place had a really well stocked kitchen if you want to cook (great flat top grill). The hot tub is fantastic, and the couch/tv area was great for a movie night. If you want to explore Russian river, this is as good as it gets. We walked across the street for nine holes of stunning golf. A 20 minute drive got us to Jenner to explore the dramatic coastline, 15 minute drive to a state park for hiking, and 30 minutes to russian river's brewery. Also there is a coffee shop just across the first hole of the course, which is a rare convenience. If we had 6 guests this would have been really incredible value.

Jeff's place was perfect. Our friends (with two small kids) said that it was the most thoughtful and kid-friendly airbnb they'd ever stayed in. Very peaceful location, beautiful garden, just top-to-bottom great. Super cozy, too. We were surprised but very happy that we had full use of the fireplace and the smores kits were a huge hit.

The place is even more beautiful, private, quiet, and idyllic than it looks. And Marianna is incredible. She went above and beyond when we faced a challenge (non Airbnb-related) while staying here. We will definitely return. The wildlife at the river is beautiful and its own nature tv. You can’t see in the pic, but the fire pit, outdoor dining table, and hot tub face directly onto the river - stunning. And the cafe, beach, and grocery options are great. Jodi and Dan's house is cute, clean and comfortable and we had the loveliest stay. The kitchen is set up perfectly and makes staying in for meals very convenient. The beds have nice linens and are comfortable and the master bathroom is particularly beautiful. There are speakers around the house that make listening to music easy and everything in the house is easy to find. Getting the kayaks into the river is a bit of an adventure with the marshy area, but it is worth it once you are out enjoying the river. The river really is the highlight of staying here. I also apprecaited the outdoor shower with warm water to clean up from the river. We hope to stay again because this house is a true gem. Thank you, Jodi and Dan!

We had a wonderful stay at Ted’s place. The home and grounds are stunning, and in a close location to a beach and short drive to town. Ted was very helpful and the trip went smoothly. Highly recommend!

Absolutely loved this location. It felt like we were at a spa retreat with the fountain, outdoor shower, and hot tub. David’s guide is the best I’ve seen on Airbnb. Lots of great recommendations and instructions for the house. We felt right at home and the surrounding neighbors that we saw were very friendly. 10/10!

We had a great stay at the Waterfall house. The location can't be beaten; it's secluded, the views are great and it is within walking distance from all of the Jenner hot spots :) Baked goods and drinks from Cafe Aquatica were the perfect way to start our mornings. We also had a great time kayaking on the river with the seals! The kitchen was stocked well enough for all of our needs as a group of 5, and the porch and deck spaces were great for hanging out. The sofa bed wasn't super comfortable but it was good enough for our needs. The other beds were all very comfortable and we slept well! The hosts at the Jenner Inn were super responsive and helpful. We'd definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at this charming and cozy spot! It looked just like the photos, and the description was very accurate. While it's not a new or modern house, it has a warm, older charm that felt both comfortable and well maintained. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the appliances you’d expect in a home, which made cooking easy and convenient. We were pleasantly surprised by how much open living space there was—more than we expected from the photos. Even though it's close to neighbors, the area feels surprisingly secluded and private—perfect for a relaxing weekend. We especially loved soaking in the hot tub at night and listening to records from the huge and awesome collection, while enjoying the warmth of the wood stove. Adam was very helpful and responsive, always ready to answer our questions and offer local tips. This place was perfect for my boyfriend and me—it made for a memorable weekend getaway

The Barn was one of the most peaceful places I’ve ever stayed. If you’re looking for a place to stay while wanting to see the Redwoods or just to get away this is the place to stay. There’s plenty of things to do with a couple little towns being roughly 20 minutes away. We looked through Emily’s guide book for things to do and it was perfect. Emily was also very sweet and was always available to any questions we had. 10/10 would recommend ☺️

What a wonderful spot! Comfortable beds, clean kitchen and bathroom, lovely deck, easy river access and all the toys. I very much appreciated the EV charger!! Thora was helpful and responsive. Can’t wait to return!

If you are looking for a cozy space where you can wake up, walk down a few flights of stairs and be in the water, this is it. It is clean, cozy and wonderful. They have one kayak, which we used and appreciated (bring a second kayak so you can cruise around together - or some inner tubes). The only challenge is parking. There is one parking spot and our Tahoe was sticking out into the road a bit (we almost drove off the cliff trying to make it work). We highly recommend.

This place was great to stay at! We loved the big kitchen, the various sleeping areas, and lovely views of the river. Even though it was cold during our stay, we loved the river access and made heavy use of the beach.

The absolute cutest little place! Felt like home away from home and the location is superb. Felt like you were one with Mother Nature in this cozy little escape. Amazing host!

Amazing little place. Super private and comfy. Our host (the cat) was super friendly and knowledgeable about the area. He hung out with us on the porch. Cherie was awesome too! Got back to us quickly and was gracious and helpful along the way. Thanks for everything Cherie! The space is cozy and has everything you would need for a great stay. Looking forward to returning!

A fabulous property in a beautiful place! We enjoyed our stay and wished it could've been longer. A great house for a full family vacation! So nice to have an affordable, pet friendly option!

Top notch all around! This little cottage has beautiful views, is perfectly located on a quiet neighborhood that is super close to anything you might want. If that isn’t enough, the house is beautifully appointed and decorated, with comfortable beds, top-notch hot tub, and a kitchen that truly has anything you need. We like to cook and we often feel frustrated at other AirBnBs, but at Mystic Cottage there was everything we needed and more! Aaaand to top it all, Alex was not only extra nice in our exchanges, with fast responses when we had questions, but he also left us a welcome note and bottle of bubbles on arrival. 100% recommend!
