Alphe is a wonderful AirB&B hostess. She is knowledgeable about finding the best solutions for things that may come up when traveling. She helped me to extend my visit in the unit that I was in with my dog. Alphe is sincere about you having a great stay, and she has shown this with her concise responses. This is the 4th time that I stay in one of Alphe’s units. I will be back.

We had a great time at Lynn's place! It was perfectly cozy for the two of us, and the views and the grounds are beautiful. The apartment was a good base for us as we were visiting wineries in Sonoma and Napa. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

The carriage house was perfect for 2 people. We loved watching the chickens in the yard and petting Navi, their friendly cat.

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful, clean, modern garden apartment. The check in and check out instructions could not have been more clear and concise. The location is fantastic - nestled on a lovely street a mere 10 minute walk to the UC Berkeley campus and all the many restaurants and other amenities that Berkeley has to offer. The space was spotless and modern, yet homey. We are greatly looking forward to staying here again in the future. Thank you for a great weekend!

We had a wonderful stay at this private Airbnb in Berkeley! The space was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up. One of the standout features was the beautiful view — it made our mornings and evenings extra relaxing. We also really appreciated the air purifier in the unit — it’s the same model we use at home, and it’s rare to see hosts include one, so that was a nice touch. The kitchen was perfectly equipped with everything we needed (and more!), which made cooking easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a nice and well-stocked place to stay! Thank you for hosting us. 😁

This place is amazing, so cozy, easy to access, with very convenient parking, fast wi-fi and so on. The location is just few steps ways from Angele Restaurant (You have to try the French Onion Soup which is fantastic) and ingeneral, so close to downtown. Keren and Benjamin are ultimate hosts. They are helpful, friendly, gave detailed recommendations, responsive and beyond accommodating. I had never been to the area before and they gave detailed, curated recommendations for our group. It is no wonder they express such a reverence for the area because their home, the surrounding outdoors and the beauty as a whole was magical and tremendous. Thank you Keren and Benjamin!

I visit the Berkeley area often and chose Kate’s place because of the proximity to my destination. I enjoyed how private the Airbnb felt while still being so close to restaurants and shopping. In previous reviews others had mentioned the temperature of the home but I had no problems at all. As long as you follow the very simple instructions from Kate, the home is as warm (or cool) as you wish it to be. The soaking tub was so relaxing and sitting by the fireplace was the perfect way to end each day . I did not cook while I was there but can attest that Uber Eats and Door Dash found the home and door with ease. I would definitely stay here again.

What a special place! It was a perfect retreat to celebrate my husband's birthday, appreciate the setting and relax completely. It has beautiful antique furniture, art and comfortable beds. I recommend walking up to the vineyard lookout, and spotting a few sculptures along the way. Don't forget to use the steam shower in the master bath. Jessie's place was lovely for a quick staycation with my partner and I. The home was clean, easy to find, and Jessie was quick to respond when we had a simple home issue (fixed quickly.) She came by when she thought we still needed help. Backyard patio looked nice (too cold to go outside to enjoy even with the outside fireplace, but "looked" nice!) The welcome book was nice with local recommendations including local hiking trails. We'll be back to try the trails and would love to stay at Jessie's place again. Thank you!

I was honestly shocked at how nice this place was. It’s so peaceful and quiet, the back space with the hot tub is private with lots of sunshine, and the house was stocked with everything we could need. It’s not too long of a walk to town. Sean was very friendly and made sure we were taken care of. Highly recommend for a weekend couples getaway.

This is a lovely house just steps from the beach. Rooms are beautifully decorated. Kitchen is well appointed. Beds are comfortable. Paul is very helpful and friendly in his communications. We wish we had known that access to the Master bedroom was through the Queen room and bathroom, that made it awkward to put unrelated adults in the two rooms, but otherwise this rental is perfect.

Second stay at this beautiful location in this beautiful home. My only disappointment was our stay was too short. I accidentally left my jacket behind and Renee was kind enough to go out of her way and send it to me.

This was a great home base to explore Napa Valley. Very convenient access to the market for coffee each morning, although you don’t need it as the kitchen is very well stocked. Appreciated the sparkling water and snacks as nice touches! We were not bothered by the minimal noise from the upstairs neighbors. It was hardly noticeable and we were working remotely from the space all day. Live music on Friday nights as the resort was fun!

Us and another couple decided to take a few days off and head out to Napa for a midweek getaway. It was our 23rd year anniversary and both of our friend’s birthdays and 34th year anniversary! Matt’s rental was awesome. He was very responsive and within a couple hrs we rented the house. This beautiful condo is located in a gated community within 15-20 min walking distance to Silverado Resort. Checking in was easy and straight up. One of the rooms has a beautiful local view of the hills and houses around. Matt’s vacation rental is clean and neighbors are very quiet. The kitchen is loaded with all the necessary bowls, pans, utensils etc. Bathrooms were clean and plenty towels were provided. If you plan to have a nice stay in Napa i’ld definitely give them a try! 5 stars all around

This was our second time staying in Kate’s condo and it was once again perfection. The unit is so beautifully decorated and there are thoughtful touches throughout - plenty of linens, towels, a fully stocked kitchen, and more!
