In town to attend a wedding, this house was perfect for my husband and I with our two adult children. The common living areas are downstairs with the three bedrooms upstairs. One full bathroom is upstairs and the other full bathroom is downstairs for convenience. Spacious, clean, and very nicely equipped-the little extras made it easy to see why Nick and Josh are super hosts. I would definitely stay here again.

The house was an amazing location! We thoroughly enjoyed the sunrises & sunsets while grilling dinners in the evenings! The house was very clean and Robert was a great host. I mess him to ask if there was an axe on site. He responded that there wasn’t but that he would get firewood for us the next morning. It was so awesome to sit around the fire at night and hear the loons calling. It was very relaxing. We had to travel at least an hour to do the site seeing we wanted to do but we expected that. Overall was great and I’d recommend the house to others!!

This is an awesome house on East Pond. Dock, swimming platform, kayaks, paddle boat, fire pit. View of distant mountains from the dock. East Pond is clear and large. We saw several eagles. Osprey and loons are ever present. Mark was a great host with excellent communication. Arrival was quite flexible. Home is comfortable and well equipped.

Emily's Place on Indian Lake was on point . The cabin was comfortable, well stocked and extremely clean !! Sitting in the woods was very relaxing. Watching the loons and ducks & stars at night was awesome !! Emily & Chris went out of their way to provide a list of things to do suggestions and places to eat in the area. Definitely a positive 5 star experience !!

Such a beautiful space and the view cannot be captured in photos! Everything exceeded our expectations from the prompt and friendly replies to my various messages sent before and during our stay, to the home itself. It’s a designer home, but not in a way that made us feel like we couldn’t use things. It felt like home (a dream home actually!). We had with us 5 adults, two teenagers, and two dogs. Everyone had the best time! Thank you for hosting us!

Gail's cottage was a true gem of a find! She and Salinan, her co-manager, were excellent communicators and always answered our questions quickly. The cottage is extremely comfortable, well-kitted out with EVERYTHING one could need for a comfortable stay, and located in a cute cottage community that is directly on Flagstaff Lake. We loved walking down to the shared beach and sitting in the sun each day for a bit, where the view of the mountains is spectacular. We would have taken out the kayaks and used the outdoor fire pit but we were busy hiking locally each day...we'll get to that next time because we already plan to visit again next fall. This would be a great summer vacation spot, too! All in all, a terrific week thanks to beautiful and cozy accommodations (the beds are soooo comfy), fantastic scenery in the neighborhood, great local hiking and sporting activities (my husband bird hunts and he said it was "bird hunting paradise"), and great hosts.

This house was incredible! Extremely spacious, clean, and private. Located on the back side of a farm we had our own space which was very much appreciated by our dogs who could run around the fields. Brad was so welcoming and responsive! He was flexible and friendly. We stayed to visit a family member in the hospital but will book again in the future for a vacation because the location was that beautiful.

What a slice of Paradise - this location is a hidden gem. From the incredible views to the top of the line hot tub…this property begs to be shared with family and friends. The custom fire pit is incredible. The beds and bedding are very comfortable. The lighting being hooked up to Alexa is genius - I’ve rented too many properties where you just don’t know what switches go to what lights. This removed the guess work…especially upon arrival if it is dark! The lake is pristine and peaceful. Perfect for families or friends that want to relax and rejuvenate. I will 100% be back!! There are so many options for vacationers these days…I’m grateful I made the choice to stay here!!! Thx

Darcey was always responsive and honest about the cottage and location. The cottage was updated while still maintaining the rustic and original feel. All appliances worked and there were plenty of water craft to keep us occupied.

This was our third time staying here, and this time we brought our 11 month old with us! There was more than enough room for the three of us; we were able to set up our son's travel crib near the couch and there was enough room for him to roam in the cottage. We enjoyed the peace and quiet by the lake during nap time and enjoyed introducing our son to the lake as well. Barb and Ric are incredible hosts that actually care about you and want you to feel at home. We will likely be back for our fourth visit next summer!

Wonderful cabin to stay. It was warm, quiet and very comfy. The kitchen was well equipped and so was the bathroom. The pond was beautiful and peaceful to watch in the evening though I couldn't enjoy the outdoor amenities because of the weather but they were available if I wanted to use them. I would definitely recommend that you give it a try.

It was a cozy cottage on the lake. The house was beautiful, fully equipped and the scenery was spectacular. Everything you needed to relax and enjoy time with family; there were 3 of us. Outdoor grilling, fire pit to make smores at night, night-time star gazing, steps away to swim, kayak and watch and listen to the loons.

I spent a week at this beautiful little cabin with my two grandchildren. It was the perfect size and looks just as beautiful as the pictures inside and out. It was spotlessly clean when we arrived. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and the beds were very comfortable. The lake can be seen from the cabin and we enjoyed the dock for fishing and watching the ducks. It’s very close to town for groceries etc but very quiet and peaceful on a dead end street. Jason was very welcoming and always available for questions and quick to respond. The only thing that would have made it better for my grandkids is if there was easier access for getting into the lake with a a little beach area or a lawn that went down to the water. But if you want a quiet get away in beautiful surroundings don’t hesitate.

The cabin is absolutely beautiful! Right on moosehead lake easy walk down to get right to fishing! If i had any questions peter was very helpful and had no problem answering me and even texted to make sure i was having a good stay! Would definitely recommend to anyone trying to get out to moosehead!

Meredith's Place is in a stunning location. Quiet, peaceful but with plenty to do on the lake with canoe, kayaks and fishing dock and a lovely enclosed sun porch overlooking the water. if our kids stay in Maine we will be back!

Christine’s house was gorgeous inside and out- the look and feel of a log cabin was just what we were looking for. For a group of 7, we had plenty of private space, but also a large living room and front lawn to cook, play board games, watch movies, and be together. Our only disappointment was with the surrounding neighborhood- we were anticipating a more secluded environment, access to woods where we could walk, and a more accessible waterfront area. We did however get our fill of Maine’s great outdoors in Acadia, and enjoyed the wonderful fire pit on the lawn. 100% would stay again!!!

Cute cabin on the lake. Clean and comfortable. Kitchen well equipped to cook. Hot tub was hot when we got there and everything was ready to go. Check in/out were super easy. Provided a coffee/tea bar. Overall felt very welcoming with a cozy feel

Great spot near Mt blue pond. Has mostly everything you need at the shack. I would have packed lighter if I knew it was fully stocked. But it’s good to know for next time. There are neighbors on one side divided by a huge fence. Shack was cozy, clean and peaceful. It was so nice of Alexandra to let us use the kayak! It was awesome! Kids had a blast!

Great spot. cute house. beautiful location by the river. Nichole is a super host. If using as a base camp for snowmobiles it is almost a mile of road riding and neighbors walking or even driving by don't seem pleased.

We celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary at this charming camp on Webb Lake, and it was everything we hoped for and more. The serene setting was perfect for enjoying the outdoors together. We spent our time fishing on the beautiful lake, where we caught a handful of fish. Kayaking was a highlight as well; the combination of being on the lake, mountain views and beautiful weather was simply magical. The camp itself was cozy and well-equipped, providing a wonderful weekend getaway. If you're looking for a peaceful getaway filled with outdoor fall activities, this is the place to be. We left already planning out next trip back. Thank you for sharing your home.

I had a great time staying at Tom and Cindy's Airbnb with my family. It was peaceful and the pond was beautiful. The home was very clean and very well stocked. It made cooking easier which we did a bit of during our stay. I highly recommend Shelby's Cafe which is not too far from the cabin. The drinks (alcoholic) were also a hit. The service was exceptional and the food was good. The owner gave us free cupcakes for the adults and children! We visited Acadia National Park and Bar Harbor, which are our favorite spots (about 2 hours from the cabin). The weather was about 50-60 degrees during the day and the crisp air felt amazing. The Botanical Gardens in Boothbay was also very nice (about 2 hr from the cabin).I think going there at night would be even more amazing to see the lights. It was a family friendly attraction. They have a garden just for the kids with a sandbox, water play, scavenger hunt, and a variety of play houses, and games. Very nice stay!
