Located just outside of a small West Michigan town in a rural development, with a large Meijer grocery store nearby. New construction in our finished basement. You can access the basement through a private entrance. Kitchen has a toaster oven, hot plate and microwave. Refrigerator for your food. Wood-burning sauna is also available. We need a few hours notice if you would like to use it—heats up slower in the winter. Just a quick 25-30 min drive from Downtown Grand Rapids, close to Hwy 131.

Everything you need to relax & recharge in one cozy space. Private entrance. This suite is an open floor plan with a small kitchenette that includes a fridge, microwave and stove with basic kitchen utensils and dishes. It is located in town close to stores, restaurants. Nice patio out back with covered area to grill out. Walking distance to the North Country Trail and 10 min from the new Dragon trail. There is one queen bed and a couch. It will comfortably sleep two guest.

There is a private, lit entrance to the studio apartment with a keyless lock system. We send the code for the lock system just prior to your stay.

Cedar Springs Getaway

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. 2 Bedrooms, full kitchen, living room, dining room, and washer/dryer on site. Living room has fold out couch for sleeping 2 extra for a total of 6 people. There is an office area between the kitchen and the dining area that can be used if you need to get some work done while at the location. I have a ring doorbell camera monitoring the front door for safety.

This small space has everything you need including; stocked kitchen, walk-in closet, sectional sofa and big screen T.V Enjoy your own private patio and separate entrance. Close to 131 highway, Hardy Dam, Dragon Trail, restaurants and more. We live on site, but our home is completely separate from guest house.

Or just bring a book, unplug and enjoy the plentiful wildlife. The quaint town of Newaygo with plenty of dining and amenities is 4 miles down river.
