You wake up in the morning to birds song and perhaps you are lucky to see a deer passing outside the window. Only a 3 minute stroll down the street you land at the most picturesque little marina and beach where you can have your morning coffee and a morning swim in the ocean. Our family runs the kiosk by the beach where we serve great coffee ☕️ a variety of toasts 🥪 a great chorizo 🌭 and more and of course Ice cream 🍦 8-10 in the morning you can buy fresh 🥖🥐 in the park by the kiosk as well!

Karlaplan - Best place and location in Stockholm!

A recently refurbished, high-end, loft-style apartment in the very centre of "Östermalm" in Stockholm. Three bedrooms, a large living room with dining area and an open kitchen. 1,5 bathrooms and a sauna. Fully set with all amenities. All hardware (washing/kitchen) is Miele. Balcony and a very nice courtyard. A one minute stroll to shops, underground, buses, parks and entertainment. The best location in the city! My daughters and myself hope that you will enjoy the beautiful city of Stockholm!

Welcome to our 2-floor apartment, with a roof terrace and an open fireplace. The apartment is located in the trendy area Midsommarkransen, with a big park in front, used both for sun bathing picnicers, cava drinking couples and has a popular playground for kids. The supermarket is across the park, 200 meters away and the metro station is just 400 meters away . Our guests are mostly families (minimum age 27 years old) and you'll find many cafes, restaurants, bakeries in the area. Welcome!

Intill området finns en 18+12 håls golfbana med en stor restaurang och bar. Du hittar även pizzeria och grill inom gångavstånd. Huset har en öppen och luftig övervåning med alla bekvämligheter som behövs för trevlig samvaro. Ni har tillgång till bastu, pingisbord och gäststuga.
