Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Mariem. L’appartement était propre, confortable et très bien situé. Mariem a été une hôte attentionnée, disponible . La communication a été facile et rapide du début à la fin. Merci encore pour votre accueil chaleureux, nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Un séjour absolument parfait chez Ben Hmida ! L'appartement est idéalement situé à 30 secondes à pied de la plage, juste en face du légendaire restaurant Saf Saf, où l'on peut même apercevoir un vrai chameau à l'intérieur, une expérience unique et typiquement tunisienne ! Le logement lui-même est charmant, sécurisé, très propre, avec une ambiance authentique et chaleureuse. On s’y sent tout de suite bien, comme à la maison. Excellent rapport qualité/prix, avec tout le confort nécessaire. Ben Hmida est un hôte accueillant, attentionné et très professionnel. Je recommande à 200 % et je reviendrai avec plaisir ! Mohamed est un hôte à l’écoute il nous a tout détaillé et la manipulation de la maison intelligente était facile . L’emplacement était idéal pour nous et tout ce dont on avait besoin était à proximité. On recommande bien l’appartement et l’hôte.

bellissimo alloggio, molto moderno e ben servito. la zona è molto tranquilla e a soli 5 minuti da sidi bou said e marsa la plage. consiglio vivamente poiché per una famiglia da 4/5 persone può essere una soluzione perfetta, vista anche la presenza di due bagni (uno di servizio) eric è stato molto disponibile e questo è sicuramente un punto a favore. grazie ancora!

Le logement est bien situé avec une belle vue sur la mer. À côté il a tout pour faire ces courses. Le gardien de l’immeuble était adorable il a rendu l’expérience super. Encore merci à lui

I stayed at Nabil's place for two weeks, and it was just as described: clean, cozy, and well-equipped. The kitchen has everything needed for cooking, all in good condition. The location is convenient, just a short taxi ride to the center of La Marsa and other places in Tunis, with some minimarkets and cafes nearby, but it is also a neighborhood in La Marsa that is still developing. Nabil is very helpful and always available for any questions. Overall, a very good place to stay.

J’ai passé un séjour absolument parfait dans cet appartement ! Tout est impeccable, notamment grâce à la femme de ménage qui fait un travail remarquable. L’espace est bien équipé, rien ne manque pour se sentir comme chez soi. Sabrine est une hôte extraordinaire : elle répond à tous mes messages, peu importe l’heure, et se montre toujours disponible pour satisfaire mes demandes. Je recommande vivement ce logement et n’hésiterai pas à y revenir. Un grand merci pour ce merveilleux accueil ! 5 étoiles méritées.

When I needed anything the host Mohammed was always there promptly. The apartment was very clean and equipped with necessary household items. The balcony was nice and the view as well

Une nouvelle découverte et mon nouvelle endroit quand je viens en Tunisie au top rien à dire, j étais à 10 minutes en voiture de tout les endroit favoris, tout les équipement sont nickel et surtout la communication avec les hôtes au top ! A très vite ♥️

I had a wonderful stay at Amina’s flat! She was extremely quick to respond to any questions and always willing to offer support whenever needed. The flat itself is in a fantastic location, very clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. Amina’s hospitality truly made a difference — she made me feel welcome and taken care of throughout my stay. I would highly recommend staying here and would definitely book again!

Very very nice design apartment with everything you need, ideal for couples. Quiet area, not very close to main city center attractions (but taxi will get you there easily), but closer to Sidi Bou Said, Carthage, Marsa. Supermarkets and money exchange are close, you can get there by foot. Definitely recommended, especially for travellers that intend to rent cars.

The place was so nice, just like in the pictures, very clean, nice view, spacious and very comfy. Habib was very responsive and overall we really loved our stay.

Super safe and very central location, which made it easy to get around. The co-host was absolutely lovely, and Ghazi was helpful and always quick to respond. Even though I only stayed for a couple of nights, I felt completely relaxed and comfortable. The apartment was spotless, and the mix of classic furniture and vintage kitchen decor with modern touches was really charming. Honestly, the place felt much more spacious than the photos suggest. It had everything you'd need for a short or long stay. The only small suggestion would be to update the coffee machine, but overall, it didn’t take away from the experience. Highly recommended!
