Great host!

Lovely house to celebrate a birthday with the extended family. The house and annex were very well equipped. The garden is fully enclosed so the dogs could wander unattended. Lots of picturesque villages and pubs nearby. We had a lovely meal in the Malt Shovel. Solihull shopping centre with John Lewis is 10-15mins drive, and we also drove over to resort world for bowling which was also 10-15mins.

My friends and I stayed for a wedding and this was a perfect location to stay. Thank you to Gurm, who warmly greeted us when we arrived and showed us around the house. Everything we needed was provided and Gurm kindly recommended some local restaurants. Sadly we didn't have time to use the pool table in the games room, but it was a great set up with a tv there too (perfect for a premier league match and beers with some pals).

We rented this Airbnb for a works meeting and it couldnt have worked out any better. The accommodation was clean and beds really comfy, the outside space was great so we did most of the meeting in the late afternoon and evening sat in the sunshine in the garden. We couldnt fault the cleanliness of the kitchen or bathrooms and the showers were really powerful, what was needed to wake us all up in the morning to carry on our meeting. We had milk and juice in the fridge when we arrived and tea and coffee was provided along with a little treat that was a lovely added touch. Joy (the host) responded to all requests for information and the information regarding access to the house etc was provided in time with easy to follow instructions. We would just like to say a BIG thankyou to Joy.

Perfectly located stone cottage in the heart of Stratford-upon-Avon with a car space, great for a family of four or less on the riverside. The cottage provided everything needed although due to where it’s situated we were rarely at home. Definitely recommend and would return ourselves. The free boat ride was the cherry on the top of a fabulous weekend, particularly for our kids.

A really lovely, comfortable cottage with beautiful features set in a peaceful location, yet a great base for visiting local attractions. Everything has been well thought out. It was super clean and the linen and bedding were top quality. The kitchen was really well equipped. Rosemary is a great host. Thanks for a great stay!

Wonderful stay at Cobblestone Barn. Converted to a superb standard. Cozy, warm and very comfortable. Well appointed and a lovely hamper greeted us and treats for our doggie. Well positioned for Broadway, Stratford upon avon and about 40mins to Clarksons Diddly Squat. Thank you Kerry for being a fabulous host. We hope to see you again.

Absolutely beautiful place and stunning grounds - I’d say it’s even more beautiful than in the pictures. It was the perfect place for the 10 family members to gather for a birthday. Maggie was so helpful and allowed us to check in a little earlier! We drove 5/10 mins down the road to some local walks to see the stunning countryside. We highly recommend driving down the road to The Bakery at Hampton Manor as it has absolutely incredible pastries for breakfast! Also highly recommend the Barn @ Berryfields which is also just down the road and has probably the best Sunday roasts we’ve ever had! Overall beautiful home on stunning grounds!

We had a wonderful stay in Susie's flat. Its location is ideal: very easy to find, close to everything on foot and magical with its little patch of garden in front of the river where we can watch the swan that has taken up residence in front of it. Susie was kind enough to allow us to drop off our luggage early on our arrival so that we could start our visits while waiting for the housework to be done. The flat is spotlessly clean and comfortable and I don't think I've ever seen an Airbnb kitchen so well equipped. The milk in the fridge, savoury biscuits for aperitifs and sweet biscuits for tea were also much appreciated. If we come back to Stratford-upon-Avon this is where we want to stay as of all the accommodation I have had in the town, this is my favourite.

We loved staying in Karen's place. It is well situated for the centre of Stratford. It is very cosy and relaxing to be in. We liked all the decoration and how clean & tidy everything was. We particularly liked that Karen left us an encouraging message for the half marathon that we had to do :) That added personal touch goes a long way. The place is decent, and its really like the pictures. Just the building surrounding not clean properly by the management of the building. Mario is good responsive and very alert. i recommended this place if u need to cook during fasting month it is very helpful. Look ahead to come again in the future

We had a lovely couple of days in Birmingham and the flat was a great base, central enough to be able to visit the sights but also quiet enough to relax. The flat had everything we needed. Thanks!

This cute apartment was perfect for my family. Walking distance to the cute “downtown”, parks, train station and more. We will 100% be back. Added bonus - the host’s cute spaniel, Penny.

A really nice stylish and welcoming apartment in a quiet, leafy but convenient location, with everything we needed including a comfortable bed and really good shower. Even better than the photos suggest. Very close walk to all that Kings Heath and Moseley offer. Thanks for a great stay!

We are family of 5 from hull, Three adults and 2 children ages 6 and 4 years old. Our first stay in the area, the accommodation is perfectly located for local amenities and attractions. 5 min walk to Cadburys World. Station 5 min walk with regular trains to Birmingham only 13 mins on the train. The accommodation is homely, stylish and spotlessly clean. Could not fault a thing perfect if you want to visit all attractions. Thanks Dawn would definitely recommend Rosie and Family
