We loved our stay here! The condo was much larger than we expected and was perfect for the two of us. Charming decor, comfortable bed, good shower, and everything else we needed. There was some seaweed on the beach as we expected was possible coming this time of year but it did not ruin our experience at all. The trade off of having a secluded beach all to ourselves was well worth it! It was an incredible experience. Mandy is an incredible host and provided us with everything we could have hoped for. Highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for a relaxing and tranquil vibe.

Had a very relaxing 2 week stay. We rented a golf cart and visited all the nearby restaurants. Lots of music at different locations. Enjoyed spending afternoons in our private pool. Everything was very clean. Thanks Ron.

if you you are looking for a a spacious ocean front property this may be the place for you. Inside the home it has everything you could possibly need with a beautiful view. Beach area is low traffic and peaceful. The daily cleaning both inside and outside was refreshing as it can get quite sandy and keeps things looking fresh. There are a few restaurants nearby if you're looking for Mexico's authenticity. If you're looking for variety of food you will have to venture out a bit. as for activities there are sea turtles, ruins & cenotes nearby..if you're looking for night life stay in Playa or Cancun. Only negative is going to be the rocky beach. we knew this so it's less of a complaint & more of a warning, you must wear water shoes & still must be careful because there large rocks to navigate when entering the water. Some spots are better if you walk further down beach. water is clear & warm. Take the kayaks out, we saw a whale! Been to Mexico over a dozen times. Will stay here again

Beautiful spot, kids- 12,15,18 - ranked the home (in aggregate) as the top highlight among many memorable activities…especially the days lounging by the pool. Secure, comfortable and overall very easy. Bikini Bar is a 2 min walk (if that) and great food and service. Akumal only a 7 min drive with a local market that has most everything. Downtown Tulum with great restaurants is less than 30 minutes . William is very helpful (enjoyed a boat ride to Akumal for snorkeling) with added on site security.

Great location, spacious and comfy apartment with everything you need and more, beautiful views and a warm breeze from the ocean and a super responsive host that went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. Warmly recommended!

Villa Corazon is amazing & Humberto literally saved our vacation. First, the place is so spacious, clean, comfy beds, AC worked great, kitchen had all the essentials, & of course the backyard, patio, & pool are like a dream. Puerto Aventuras is a cute gated community with great restaurants, and so fun to cruise around on the golf cart visiting the dolphins at the marina. The beach was close & beautiful too. The location is perfect for Tulum, Xcaret, & cenotes. Humberto is so kind & helped us throughout our stay. When our rental car broke down he immediately organized shuttle options for the rest of our stay. His recommendations were the best. The drivers, the pool guy Daniel, & private chef Jonathan were all so great. Pool day w/chef was the best way to relax. When you stay here you gain a new friend who knows all the ins & outs & truly cares that you have an amazing vacation. We recommend 100x over! We were there for spring break with our 3 kids, who all lived their mejores vidas!

This was our first adventure off of a resort in mexico and it was absolutely amazing. We felt very comfortable and safe in the area. The lagoon is breathtaking and with the paddle boards and kayaks we got to see and explore the diversity of the lagoon. Its also a 5 minute paddle to Catalonia beach where there is white sandy beaches and more snorkeling. We were hoping to do more fishing in the lagoon, but its very weedy so we went to the main beach and fished off the rocks there. When we got there, we noticed that a ac unit was leaking. We messaged the host, and they replied and showed up and fixed it all within 30 minutes! We were very impressed the whole week with how responsive and helpful everyone was. I even forgot my wallet at a local restaurant the day we were leaving and hector offered to go get it and ship it back! I cant say Thank you enough! We will definitely be recommending your place, and will be booking again.

I really appreciated the little things in this place. It came stocked with everything to make it feel like home. The entire property and condo was amazing and the pools were very spacious to where we had felt we had parts to ourselves. We were traveling multi generational from toddler teenagers to elderly and they all enjoyed it. We felt very safe and would definitely come again.
