This year round heated cabin (no water in cabin) has use of a separate building called Basecamp which has 7 bathrooms, free laundry facilities, a double kitchen, fireplace, and plenty of seating. Our new property consists of 12 One Room Cabins, 4 two bedroom cabins, Basecamp and an on-site Property Manager.

Kick back on the deck, fire up the grill, and warm up by the fire pit (we’ve got the firewood and hot cocoa!). Garage for your gear & chest freezer for your catch. Games, cards, darts, & cornhole. This home is located in a quiet, wooded neighborhood, five minutes south of Soldotna. It's 70 miles to Homer and an hour and a half to Seward. It's close to the Kenai and Kasilof rivers. There's plenty of parking for a boat, snowmobile or trailer. There's moose and caribou in the area and the back yard has many varieties of birds. There are beautiful gardens front and back and lawns.
