The house is amazing. So clean, modern and stylish. High spec kitchen and bathroom and spotlessly clean. Comfortable bed. Wonderful, sunny roof terrace and about a 20 minute walk to the beach. A choice of restaurants nearby and on the way to the beach. Handy for the airport and Salvatore drove us there to catch our flight. I don’t think there is WiFi.

Marina’s apartment was clean, well-appointed, and had everything we needed for our 3-night stay in Palermo. The view from the terrace was stunning—we loved enjoying our morning coffee and evening wine while watching the sunrise and sunset. Marina was very responsive and answered all our questions promptly. We would definitely stay at her apartment again next time we’re in Palermo—hopefully, it’ll be available! For those staying with a rental car like we did, street parking outside the apartment is free, but please be aware of so-called “Posteggiatori” who often stand near parking areas and demand money for parking, especially where parking is limited on weekends and holidays. When we arrived, a man approached my husband aggressively demanding money for parking. What they do is absolutely illegal and you DO NOT HAVE TO PAY them for parking. Simply let them know you are staying at the apartment.

What can I say about Francesco and his beautiful melusina loft other than it was a fabulous experience. Francesco couldn’t have done anymore than he did, meeting us at the train station , showing us round his apartment personally making sure we were totally happy with everything. Then there’s the apartment itself it was beautiful and everything and more than stated, beautiful decor with a fabulous roof terrace. Francesco even left us supplies to keep us going our first few days. He then gave us recommendations to the sights and best eateries. The melusina loft and Francesco will long stay in our memories and we look forward to returning.

We loved staying at Isabella’s place. We could see the sea from the large balcony and, although the inside area is small, it has all you need. We were made very welcome and shown round the area by Marco who also collected us from the station. We were given great recommendations about restaurants, the local festival and places to visit. We enjoyed the local bottle of wine left for us. Questions were always answered straight away. Portocello and the attached villages are unspoilt. This isn’t a big tourist centre. There is easy access to Palermo and Cefalu by train. Thank you for a great few days.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. 🌞 Ce logement est calme, propre et à une superbe terrasse donnant sur la montagne et la mer. Je recommande cet appartement pour toute personne cherchant un endroit calme où se détendre. Gaetano a été très réactif et serviable, ses nombreuses recommandations ont été très appréciées et nous ont permis de découvrir les alentours. 😁

Luigi’s home in Palermo has everything you need when staying in Palermo. Whether it be short term or long term location is ideal to everything you’d want to see and need. Great communication and hospitality was beyond my expectations. Looking forward to staying at Luigi’s next time I visit Palermo.

L’esperienza nella villa di Gianluca è stata semplicemente indimenticabile. Immersa in un'oasi di quiete, la villa offre una tranquillità senza pari, ideale per chi desidera staccare dalla frenesia quotidiana. La piscina, perfettamente curata, è il vero cuore della casa: trascorrere le giornate a bordo vasca con una splendida vista sul mare è stato rigenerante. Il panorama è mozzafiato, con il mare che si estende all'orizzonte, offrendo spettacoli incredibili soprattutto al tramonto. Di notte, il cielo stellato è stato la ciliegina sulla torta. La mancanza di inquinamento luminoso ha reso possibile ammirare una volta celeste punteggiata da stelle, creando un'atmosfera magica e romantica. In sintesi, questa villa è perfetta per chi cerca un rifugio elegante e rilassante, dove il mare, la natura e la pace si incontrano in un perfetto equilibrio. Non vedo l'ora di tornarci!

Amazing BNB - and wow what a hospitable family! We will definitely be back :)

We were welcomed in so warmly by Maria Francesca and her son Gaetano to this delightful property. They gave us a variety of helpful recommendations, tactfully asked when the gardener could water and organised a taxi back when we (sadly!) had to leave. A three-storey house full of the charm and taste of its owner, everything was also super clean and of great quality - Egyptian cotton towels and crisp sheets - and little vases of fresh flowers were a pretty touch. Everything was thought of - beach towels and telescopic umbrellas both came in handy during our stay. The lovely artworks will stay in our memory, particularly as we were kindly given a sample to take home. We got the tram nearby one day and took a train to Cefalù - transport communications are very good. We generally walked into town however, along the main sea road - you are in the historic centre in about 20-25 minutes: it’s good to burn some calories as you will eat well in Palermo… Highly recommended - we hope to return!

Un endroit de rêve, nous avons été reçus comme des amis. ALESSANDRO parle très bien français, son ami Mimmo lequel nous a reçu se débrouille très bien avec le traducteur et on réussit même à le comprendre en italien (nous sommes Canadiens de Montréal) avec son approche ultra sympathique. La villa est très retirée, c’est d’une intimité totale avec une grande facilité pour visiter les environs, l’auto est à l’intérieur de la propriété avec un très grand espace de manœuvre. Alessandro communique très bien, est très structuré tout en faisant preuve d’une grande souplesse pour nous recevoir. La cuisine a tous les équipements nécessaires pour cuisiner. Il y a beaucoup de places extérieures pour vous détendre. De la climatisation partout. Nous étions trois, avons utilisé les deux chambres et les deux salles de bain. La douche est très grande, je fais 1m85. Nous y avons passé 4 nuits splendides. Si vous avez besoin de l’aéroport, c’est à sept minutes en automobile. Palerme en 30 min et als

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans le logement de Salvatore. La vue sur la mer était magnifique surtout le matin. Salvatore est un hôte très sympathique et disponible. On recommande !

Der Check In war super einfach und wir konnten sogar schon früher ins Apartment. Robertos Bruder hat uns in Empfang genommen und alles gezeigt. Roberto und auch sein Bruder antworten innerhalb weniger Minuten. Roberto fragt auch proaktiv nach, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Weiterhin hat er uns eine lange Liste mit Restaurant Tipps etc. gesendet. Die Unterkunft hat einen super schönen großen Garten zum Wohlfühlen. Besonders gefallen hat uns die Outdoor Küche. Es war alles sauber und auch alles da, was man braucht. Parken kann man problemlos um die Ecke. Zum Strand sind es nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß. Absolute Empfehlung :)

Alloggio nuovo e pulitissimo a meno di 10 minuti di auto dall' aereoporto. Tiziana e Pietro sono persone cordiali pronte a soddisfare le richieste di ogni ospite.

Excelente ubicación y espacios, todo limpio y amplio. Cerca de restaurantes y con estacionamiento fuera. Check in fácil. No hay hervidor ni microondas, para los que cocinan en casa. Lo recomiendo!

Sehr schöne Unterkunft, unglaubliche Gastfreundschaft, fussläufig ein wunderschöner Strand (nicht überlaufen). Perfekter Ort um Palermo und die Umgebung zu entdecken.

We had a great stay at Giueseppe’s place. It’s very cosy, clean and very close to the airport. He was very kind and responsive. I fully recommend staying at his place!

The apartment is quite large, I got a bit lost at first! Large and airy with everything we needed. We enjoyed breakfasting on the terrace. It could be a bit noisy at times but was often quite peaceful. An easy walk to the old town and plenty of amenities nearby ie bakery and supermarket as well as many places to eat. Roberto was a great host always responding to our queries promptly. Would definitely recommend.

The place is great, close tho everything and the historical city center. Highly recommended!!

The apartment was very comfortable, clean, private and quiet despite it being in the middle of the ancient center which is quite active. Giuseppe was very helpful in orienting us to the property and the area. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to experience Palermo.

Leiligheten var ren og pen med en hyggelig uteplass. Underveis fikk vi gode tips om opplevelser og steder å spise. Alt i alt er vi meget godt fornøyd med oppholdet.

Elisa est très prévenante, très réactive, toujours prête à rendre service et de bons conseils. Logement très grand, extrêmement bien équipé avec tout le nécessaire, petites attentions. Très grande terrasse très agréable. À un peu moins d'une demi-heure en bus des sites touristiques - ligne directe toutes les 5 minutes pour le vieux Palerme. Commerces - supermarché, restaurants, boulangerie... - juste à côté. Logement qui doit être particulièrement appréciable l'été lors des fortes chaleurs au vu de sa conception. Résidence calme.

Joli appartement, fonctionnel, confortable et situé dans une rue très calme. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour et reviendrons sans hésiter :)
