Приятен апартамент на тихо място. Има свободни места за паркиране. В сградата е тихо и спокойно. Цвети е чудесен домакин, даде ни ясни инструкции за локацията и настаняването. Апартамент е достатъчно голям и удобен за 4-5 човека.

The apartment is fantastic - it's very spacious, has multiple terraces, and offers a great view. It was very clean and nicely decorated. We found everything we needed in the apartment, and there was a big grocery store just a 2-minute walk away. The check-in and check-out processes are very easy, and the host, Eli, is very helpful and always responsive. Highly recommended!

Mamir’s cozy studio is definitely a gem!! It is located in the heart of Sofia’s center, peaceful, and with an excellent terrace view. Mamir is also an excellent host!! Whenever I’m back in Sofia, I’ll definitely stay here again.

Estancia muy recomendable en Sofía! El apartamento tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos días maravillosos en Bulgaria. La localización está genial, pues hay supermercados cerca, restaurantes, transporte público... y puedes ir andando al centro en menos de 10 minutos. Los anfitriones fueron muy amables y rápidos en responder, lo cual se agradece mucho.

Estuvimos mi novio y yo 4 días en la casa, y la verdad es que nos fuimos muy contentos, Dimitar es un anfitrión genial! Si volvemos a Bulgaria, seguro repetiremos!!

Perfect place, perfect host! This was exactly what we were looking for – a peaceful retreat close enough to Sofia, yet surrounded by wild, untouched nature. The sound of the stream by the house and the remote, quiet setting were magical. We love good food, morning runs, and road trips – and this spot was ideal. Nearby restaurants and a local supermarket made everything convenient. The apartment is beautifully equipped: two kitchens, great coffee, a cozy shower, relaxing patio and garden. And Hadas? An exceptional host – always available, incredibly helpful, and truly went above and beyond. Thanks to her we had amazing hikes, great food, and a perfectly planned trip. Highly recommended!

I stayed with Laura and Koci for 2 months to write my book - and it got done! This place is great if you want to have few modern-life distractions. During the week you are completely isolated in the mountains, and beautiful walks are on your doorstep. The dogs are very friendly and keep you company in the week, they do like attention! There were occasional irregularities with the services - water, electric, internet etc. - this is part of BG countryside, and the hosts did everything they could to sort it out. At the weekends, the family return and it is a buzzing hive of Bulgarian country life activity - so perhaps more like a room share in a larger family house. You can travel to the local town on public transport for food etc. - I did the whole 2months without a car and was fine, the village has the basics and the people in the village are very friendly to foreigners. My partner stayed occasionally, both the hosts and the village are LGBTQ+ friendly. Laura and Koci did everything they could to ensure my stay was comfortable and that I had everything I needed to write my book. Laura is super friendly and checks in regularly that all is good. I would easily recommend this stay if you're looking for somewhere quiet on the foot of the mountains....possibly to write a book...

The apartment is very modern and comfortable. There's AC (in the bedroom) and a washing machine. The TV is awesome. The apartment is very close to the city center. We also got some great recommendations from Georgi about local restaurants. The parking is by the street. The building is a bit old, but the neighborhood is very quiet.

Şimdiye kadar kaldığım evler arasında yataktan havlulara kadar en temiz evdi. İhtiyaç olan herşey mevcuttu mutfak son derece temiz ve yemek yapmak için her türlü araç gereç bardak temiz ve yeterliydi. Sadece saç kurutma makinesi yoktu o da belirtilmişti onun dışında ev her açıdan tam donanımlıydı. Muhit merkeze biraz uzak fakat park yeri olduğu için bilerek tercih ettik. 2 yetişkin 2 çocuk olarak çok rahat konakladık

The host and the place were amaizing! Super quiet and peaceful house, the only thing you hear is the bird's song. Definitely will visit again!

Nikolay is an excellent host, responsive and caring for his guests, including kind presents upon arrival. Guidance and instructions perfect. The appartment is very well organised, lots of closets and drawers to keep the appartment tidy during your family stay. Many amenities up to washing machine, super quality hair dryer, spa shower, large fridge and good cooking facilities. Heating and isolation excellent. The residence Flora is well located, close walking distance from Gondola and 6man. Spa and pool available for a fee. Two great shops at the ground floor of Flora: 1- ollie molly is a great option for ski rental, lessons, caring, new and quality equipment. 2- Balkan PMS Travel Airport transfer. high recommend the location and the host for an enjoyble stay at Borovets.

Този апартамент ми е любимото място за престой, когато съм в града – отсядам тук всеки път и винаги съм изключително доволна. 😊 Апартаментът е просторен, уютен и отлично поддържан. Има всичко необходимо за кратък или по-дълъг престой – удобна кухня, удобно легло и винаги безупречна чистота. Локацията също е перфектна – в тих район, но същевременно близо до всичко важно. Домакините са невероятни – винаги отзивчиви и коректни. Чувствам се почти като у дома си и с удоволствие бих го препоръчала на всеки, който търси сигурност, комфорт и спокойствие!
