Kids will be entertained thoroughly in the basement kids game room with pool , ping pong , foosball tables. Plenty of board games in the closet. In winter, try sledding, skiing, snowboarding. In summer, play badminton, pickle ball in driveway/backyard or kayak in Donner lake. Showcase your cooking skills using the full kitchen/gas grill in the patio

Downstairs bedroom near full bath. Upstairs has a bedroom with 2 beds and a sleeping loft with 1 bed. Half bath upstairs. Very close drive to Bay Area (3 hours) yet within close proximity of Reno, Truckee, and Lake Tahoe. 5 minute walk to Soda Springs Ski Resort (ski-in/ski-out)! In summer, great hiking and lakes all close by. Insanely fast wifi (400mb download, 40mb upload). Please see note about train close by and possible noise.
