Velkommen til vores villalejlighed, hvor vi har kræset for detaljer og hygge. Lejligheden er indrettet på 1. sal i vores villa med plads til 3 (4) gæster. Vores familie bor i stueetagen. Lejligheden består af ét stort rum, med en lækker dobbeltseng, en sovesofa, pænt køkken, et stort badeværelse og en stor altan. Vores hus ligger i Bagsværd, 12 km fra København C, tæt på Nordsjælland. Bussen kører lige udenfor døren - 15 min. gang til S-tog - og mulighed for at parkere gratis ved fortovskant.

Læn dig tilbage, og slap af i dette moderne byhus, der ligger tæt på indkøbsmuligheder og tæt på (5min) offentlig transport til Kbh city (15 min). Huset ligger i rolige omgivelser, tæt på natur og under 3 km til strand. Der er privat parkering m ladestik mulighed. Unik tagterrasse med en skøn udsigt, terrasse foran og bagved, fuldt udstyret spisekøkken. Opholdsområde med TV og sofa til 3 pers. Der er tre soveværelser (to dobbeltsenge 140x200 og en 80x200) samt to badeværelser med brus og wc.

Nyd et ophold med hele familien i denne stilfulde og gennemførte 1960’er-villa tæt på Utterslev Mose – perfekt til jer, der ønsker ro, natur og nem adgang til København. Boligen byder på tre komfortable soveværelser med plads til op til 6 personer, to badeværelser og et smukt snedkerkøkken. Det store spisebord har plads til 6, og fra stuen er der direkte adgang til terrasse og have – ideelt til både afslapning og leg. Der er mulighed for opladning af elbil (11 kW) for 100 kr. pr. dag.

Live close to the city in quiet surroundings. We live in a 2-family house on a residential street with friendly and helpful neighbors. It is quiet here, even though the big city is not far away. Approx. 20 minutes to get into the city. 8 minutes walk to the station. We stay in the apartment downstairs, so we can help if there is anything you need. The garden is cozy with fruit trees and hammock, and you are welcome to sit outside when the weather is good. There are shops nearby.

It is located in the modern historical district "Carlsberg city" where was the Carlsberg old brewery area, Niels Bohr's old house is also located here. Many elements of the apartment design are based on Niels Bohr, guests can have a unique staying experience with the mixture modern design and historical background.

Please note that if you plan a longer stay depending on the season, we may ask for limited access to the house while respecting your privacy, of course. This will be agreed upon before each booking. Your family will be close to everything when you stay in this centrally located home.

Nice and newly renovated basement of a villa with private entrance. Located close to a Flintholm Metro station. Bedroom with closet, dresser and a small table. New kitchen with stove, oven and fridge. Private bathroom and toilet with access to washer and dryer. The area includes bedroom, kitchen, shower and toilet. There is a livingroom/tv-room that can be shared with the host as agreed. Very central in a quiet neighborhood close to public transportation and a nice park.

Apartment in the famous Nyhavn - close to Metro

Very cosy 1 bedroom apartment in the famous Nyhavn facing a courtyard. Great location close to restaurants, cafes and shopping. Walking distance. The apartment is ideal for 2 people. It is possible to be 4 people, but it is with floor bed mattresses in the living room. Please note that there are 3 sets of stairs from the house door to the apartment door. No elevator. I normally live in the apartment myself, so it’s fully stocked with equipment and amenities.
