We enjoyed our stay at the log house. It is beautifully renovated yet gives you a feel you are back in time. We went on a snowy weekend and the fireplace was cozy. We had everything we needed to cook our own meals and decompress. The home was clean and well decorated and we enjoyed watching the horse and buggies regularly passing by the front windows.

We stayed for couple of nights over the weekend and felt right at home. It's such a lovely place with beautiful views. Karen was so responsive and helpful with local recommendations. We had an amazing time and will definitely be back!

After a day at Hersheypark, we arrived just in time for a beautiful sunset. The view here is really wonderful. This is a beautiful and peaceful property. We were so thankful for the snacks, cookies, and gift of a mug with treats :) They have everything you could need. The hosts were very friendly, kind, and responsive. We would have loved to chat with them more if we had more time. My son and our pup enjoyed running around the grounds and playing on the swing set. The bed and pillows were so comfortable. We look forward to our next stay to spend time exploring the nearby trails, fossil sites, and alpaca next door.

A group of us stayed at Lamar and Amanda's. It was perfect. With all of the bedrooms and bathrooms, everyone had their private space while still having places to prepare food and hang out together. The place is immaculate and has well-equipped kitchen. The land that it sits on is beautiful and we were able to take walks enjoying the scenery. It is very private but 8 minutes to the conference we were attending. Don't miss the Banty Rooster restaurant. It's close by and the food was great. I'm a fellow host and would definitely return!

This place fit perfectly for us over a busy weekend attending the PIAA Championship. Great kitchen, great bedrooms, useful utilities and modern amenities. The hosts were proactive and helpful. Highly recommend!

My family had a very comfortable stay at Jami’s place while we visited the area for our trip to Knoebels. The location was great and in close proximity to the park as well as some other local spots we enjoyed. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Our daughter stayed at River Roost with Jane for 3 months for an internship at Bucknell from January until April 2025. Jane's apartment is beautiful and extremely clean! It is in an extremely safe neighborhood. My daughter loved the privacy of the apartment, but it was comforting to know Jane was upstairs in case she needed something. Jane is a wonderful host! I highly recommend River Roost to anyone! It is within walking distance to Susquehanna University and about 20 minutes from Bucknell. Jane makes you feel like family! Our daughter didn't want to leave!

This is our third time staying at the Benders, and we will continue to book when we visit family in the area. The space is homey and clean, the bed is comfy, and we love the goats and the pastoral landscape! The location is just down the road from Lewisburg, which has a cute downtown area, so there is always something to do. Farmers Market on Wednesdays is really good with many vendors and options.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Lewisburg at Jason’s apartment. It is ideally located just one block off Market Street so it’s easy to walk to restaurants and activities. It is also close to Bucknell’s campus, so it would be extremely convenient for a visiting professor or parents visiting their Bucknell students. We really appreciated the off-street parking behind the house. The apartment is beautifully and tastefully renovated, and it’s now actually 3 well-appointed bedrooms. All was spotlessly clean. We appreciated the unexpected home touches of cozy extra blankets and live plants. The kitchen is very well equipped so cooking in was easy when we didn’t dine out. It would be easy to stay here for a longer term because it has everything you could need for far longer than just a weekend. Jason was very responsive and easy to communicate with. If we ever return to Lewisburg again, we will definitely stay here again. Thank you, Jason, for a wonderful home-away-from home.

Absolutely fell in love with this beautiful farm on 60 acres. The house/apt was lovely with fresh flowers from Amy and snacks and coffee and all you need for cooking for a great getaway. We loved it so much we are coming back for another 3 weeks. Bonus was allowing our dog to run free on this beautiful property with at least 2 ponds. I highly recommend this place to anyone staying in the area (Bucknell or Susquehanna).

We had a wonderful stay at Michelle’s place! The accommodations were spotless, cozy, and full of thoughtful touches—from toiletries like toothbrushes to a fully stocked coffee and tea station. Everything was so welcoming and comfortable. The property is beautiful and peaceful, with plenty of fun activities like table tennis, a foosball table, and a great selection of games. We only stayed one night, so didn’t get to enjoy everything, but it’s clear that a lot of care has gone into creating a relaxing and enjoyable space for guests. Michelle was also kind enough to accommodate our request for a late checkout, which we really appreciated. Highly recommend, and we’d absolutely stay again if we’re in the area!

First, the trip to this little gym was beautiful. The cabin was lovely and very comfortable in the much appreciated simplicity. Very clean space with that lovely smell of pine walls. No artificial smells. If you are a bird lover, bring your binoculars the bird songs were enchanting and many different birds in the trees. Warblers,vireos, woodpeckers, wood, thrush, redwing, blackbird, hermit thrush, and many more sitting on porch could not have been more peaceful. David responded quickly to any questions I had. Wonderful few days with the sound of the falling rain on the metal roof. a lovely space to spend a few days.

We enjoyed our stay. It was peaceful with beautiful view. Enjoyed the birds at the feeder. The cabin is lovely. Has everything you need. Our stay was short, very convient to family that live in the area. Highly recommend staying here.

Amazing home!! This home was more beautiful than the pictures. The game room garage, along with all of the other helpful things like the Blackstone griddle, were incredible adds to our weekend. Grateful Acres is wonderful rental for families, friend outings, anyone looking for a great time in a beautiful setting!

Beautiful home and property! Everything looks new and was clean. The decor was lovely and perfect for a cabin. Plenty of cookware and supplies for cooking. The game room and hot tub were really nice features and kept us entertained during a rainy weekend. There is access to the stream and trails but we didn’t have much luck catching fish. I was a bit disappointed that the dartboard wasn’t working properly but everything else worked well. They even had a cornhole setup. One layout downfall was the kids bunk bed room is next to the game room so we weren’t able to use it after the kids were sleeping. Just something to keep in mind with young kids. They didn’t have regular bed pillows, just the ones with shams that come with the bedding which was odd. We had a wonderful weekend overall and I would definitely recommend staying here. Penny was great to work with and always got back to us quickly.

We enjoyed the beautiful house that was well maintained in a beautiful location. Our grandkids came over one afternoon and enjoyed building a fire in the fire pit with their grandfather, walking to the creek to explore and making great memories!

Now I want a cabin in the woods. This place was great for our golf trip. We loved the place. We were only here one night. It’s our new measuring stick for a this kind of trip. Just book this cabin. It was stocked with everything you could need at an airb&b. A+ all around!!

Great location for relaxing and fishing. Comfortable home with instructions and great recommendations of places to eat and visit. Coffee and hot chocolate bar and all needed additions was perfect. We would definitely return.
