You know those places that the locals don't want to tell anyone about because it'll get busy and you'll never be able to book it? This is one of them. It's not every day you get greeted at your Airbnb by a canine welcoming committee. Luckily, Ash was easily pleased with the repeated application of a ball. My son was ecstatic and very sad to leave. The cabin is just what you need it to be. Two beds, a TV for the evenings, a working RC to keep warm, hot showers and THE most incredible view to wake up to. We will definitely be back for the summer so we can swim in the Murray River and enjoy the peace and quiet of this beautiful beautiful place. I envy Peter and Sandy their serenity and so glad they share it with the world.

We came to the area for my son's wedding. Tristan's cottage was in the perfect spot. We loved the cosiness of the place, the quiet, and the surrounding landscape. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. We would’ve liked to have some shampoo etc in the bathroom, but it wasn’t a problem. We really enjoyed our stay.

I had a truly fantastic stay with Ron and Sarah. The cottage itself was just incredible, built by Ron, and his work is amazing. Everything you would need as a guest is there; fully equipped kitchen, plenty of relaxing space, comfy bed and I think the fact it even has aircon is incredible. Plenty of windows as well, with bug screens so you can get a nice airflow through. Unbelievable views all round the property, the veranda out the back is an amazing place to sit with a cold beer after a day out and about! I cannot speak highly enough of Ron as a host. Absolutely incredible gent, so welcoming and friendly to chat with. He gave me so many fantastic recommendations to do in the local area and lent me a bike to do an incredible cycle in the local area. Nothing was too much and he would always be lovely and chatty when I saw him around the property. I wish I could have stayed for more than just 2 nights and would definitely love to return again!

The place was absolutely gorgeous and just like alpine cottage we imagined clean and very comfortable fire places with chopped timber ready to warmup with comfortable underfloor heating Located in close proximity to Ski tube and snow location We have seen lots animals from the window and the kids absolutely love it Our small dog has been enjoying this place very much Our neighbours have kids to and we made some new friends Thank you guys

We wanted a retro Xmas and birthday celebration and this was the perfect setting. Lovely big table in the kitchen, another on the shady veranda and areas to spread out and play a boardgame by the lake. We could easily cook up a few feasts in the well supplied kitchen and enjoyed reminiscing surrounded by some traditional country furniture and old books. We enjoyed a bit of spotlighting under the amazing starry sky in the woodland and birdwatching with an early morning coffee under the beautiful old trees of the farmhouse. The flies that joined us inside might have reminded us of the rural setting, but we had a very comfortable stay with all our needs provided for, and we went home rested and happy. Thank you Paul.

Absolutely loved our stay at Russ’ beautiful, homely homestead. It had everything we needed - comfortable, well-equipped, and full of charm. The location was spectacular, tucked away in nature - the perfect spot to take in the sunrise or relax after a day of hiking. We especially loved the open living space with its cosy fireplace and kitchen area - it made it so easy to stay social while cooking dinner and winding down. Would definitely come back!

An idyllic place with amazing views of Lake Jindabyne. The place is very quiet and private. The property was tastefully furnished. Gordon and Sally were very responsive and easy to get in touch with. Had a wonderful stay and will aim to book this in future.

Djamalan is the perfect off-grid luxury retreat, offering a serene escape for the whole family. The Snowy River frontage is beautiful, and we enjoyed spotting local wildlife, though we didn’t get to see any platypuses :-( .The location is ideal for exploring Kosciuszko National Park. The house has all the modern amenities, including a fully equipped kitchen, a wood-burning stove, and comfortable bedrooms with stunning views. Djamalan is an eco-friendly, peaceful retreat that provides everything you need. Highly recommended for those looking to disconnect and enjoy a luxurious rural escape.

Beautiful apartment in Jindabyne, clean with all the amenities needed for an enjoyable stay. Jess was extremely receptive and communicated efficiently. Highly recommended.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Monika's Moonbah Escapez Wombat Cottage. Directions were so clear, we had absolutely no trouble finding the place. I do recommend arriving in daylight hours as the entryway is difficult to see at night, but easy enough to find with maps! The location is stunning, the home overlooks a beautiful creek and only the peaceful sounds of nature can be heard. Monika was very responsive to messages and answered any questions we had. Self check in was very easy. A 10-15 minute drive to Jindabyne, where there are plenty of things to see and do. The house itself was so cosy and romantic, especially with the fire-pit and outdoor tub. We absolutely loved our time here and wish we could have stayed longer. Thank you for having us Monika!

Jess is a friendly and responsive host and the place is very lovely and spacious for large group of people. This private premises is super photogenic, with beautiful views and surroundings including a small lake. We were thrilled to see a number of kangaroos and wildlife along the driveway of the house. It feels like a free safari tour. On our last day, it was a bit snowy and foggy and the place becomes quite magical. We can’t imagine how beautiful it would be if the place is covered in snow more. Overall, very happy and enjoyable stay. We would definitely love to come back again.☺️

Had a lovely stay at the cottage. Enjoyed sitting on the veranda looking at the view especially when the birds were at the feeder! Very well stocked pantry, the museli was delicious. Found the beds comfortable and cosy.

By far our favourite hut we’ve ever stayed at. You can tell Danielle and George poured a lot of love into building this place, it was cosy, comfortable and unique. We will definitely be coming back to stay!

We loved our stay at Cerovo House. It was super spacious, clean and very comfortable. The home catered for all of our needs and more! Grace was very easy to communicate with and was very accomodating. We hope to come back next year!

Luxurious and beautiful accommodation in peaceful surroundings. The Nest was extremely clean and had everything we needed- well stocked kitchen, extremely comfortable bed, pristine bathroom and cosy living room. Jill is an excellent host; friendly, responsive, flexible and provided lots of helpful information. Will be staying here again!

This is a great spot in Lake Crackenback. Enough room for 2 people. If you’re always out and doing things in the area, this is all you’ll need. Very tidy and modern amenities with a nice design. I’ll be booking again when I come back next year!

Our stay at the tiny home was so peaceful and beautiful. The surrounding area was lovely, it was so nice seeing kangaroos were everywhere! The tiny home itself is so well equipped for a comfortable stay. The air conditioning was glorious on our cold morning, and the kitchen and bathroom was well stocked with everything we may have needed. We were lucky to have had the other home on the property vacant during our stay, so we got the property to ourselves which was a nice touch. Annette was so easy to communicate with, checking in with us to make sure we had everything we needed and providing great recommendations on what to do in the area. We loved our stay, we will most definitely be back. Thank you Annette!

Great place, amazing views, money best spent. Host was very responsive and helpful. The house was perfect for us two families. One night stay was not enough to fully appreciate what the house and surroundings had to offer. A must visit.

We had an amazing time! Lise paid such great attention to detail with everything on the property. The home was very clean and had the listed amenities. The view was spectacular, especially with the surrounding hills. We loved the canoeing experience on the property and meeting the farm animals and wildlife. Overall, the owners were very friendly and accommodating and I can't recommend this property enough!
