I had a lovely time and appreciated the access to the spa. The warm springs pools were nearby, and there were plenty of lovely vineyards, restaurants, hikes, and beautiful views. I can't think of a better location for enjoying Bath County.

We enjoyed our stay and found the house to fit our needs very well. Six adults and four 6 and under children. Everyone had space. The Owner was very responsive to any issues we encountered and genuinely interested in our comfort.

We enjoyed our stay at Ashwood. We chose this spot as a halfway point on our way to a family reunion. So glad we did. This is a beautiful, peaceful area. I can only imagine how much more beautiful it is in late spring or in the fall.

Perfect home for two families, we had a wonderful stay with our own space while visiting friends who were staying at the Homestead. So much more suited to our pace than a hotel stay, with incredibly easy access to homestead for meals and activities. Beautiful home, incredible porch, highly recommend this home!

We will definitely be booking this place again. It is super easy to get to, peaceful, relaxing, quiet and refreshing. The house is beautiful inside and couldn’t have been any cleaner. We felt relaxed and right at home from the first moment we walked through the door. Sitting on the front porch was awesome and it does actually overlook the Greenbrier River Trail in Renick. From the house, we rode the trail north one day and south another and both ways were scenic and beautiful. I’m not normally a person who leaves reviews but our weekend was so relaxing and wonderful, I just really wanted to let future guests know about our experience.

The Tannery is such a charming home with a combination of antique and modern furnishings and art work. The location is outstanding. There is a big back yard that leads to a river with a private dipping pool. You can easily walk to the village and eat at the excellent Waterwheel restaurant . The Warm Springs baths are also very close and are very enjoyable. The bed at the Tannery is very comfortable, the shower water is plenty hot, and the kitchen well equipped. The internet is awesome. We would definitely like to return in the Spring or Summer.

The Whispering Pines Cottage was so charming and such a sweet home that’s been very well taken care of. Especially loved the hardwood floors. Very clean and a quiet little get away for Easter Weekend. Enjoyed the home, the area and Hebron Baptist Church on Easter morning. We love the country and would stay here again. Pat

Boot’s place was just what we were looking for. Cozy and clean. We wanted a nice place to stay off of Snowshoe Mountain. About a 30 min drive to the top.

I could NEVER tire of the view from the hutch and the sunsets were spectacular! Host was extremely responsive and helpful. There were plenty of linens and although the kitchen is small, it fit our needs and had PLENTY of dish ware for a lot of people. We ate most of our meals in although there are a lot of great restaurants that are walkable from the hutch or just catch the shuttle (including a really good food truck that was right across the street!). It’s not a true ski in/out but it’s very close and very walkable. Our kids even walked with their ski boots on. We loved our stay and made so many memories!

This was such a cute place for a weekend getaway! Paige was really easy to communicate with about accommodating our needs in the booking process. It's really close to town and an easy drive to things we wanted to see. We wanted to do a lot outside in the area but ended up having a rainy weekend. It still turned out to be the perfect place to hunker down in and feel cozy. The kitchen had plenty of cookware so making dinner was easy and we had fun playing card games in the living room after. The river is right outside in the back too, which I imagine is incredible all the time, but it was roaring with the weather we had making it even more amazing. Too bad the rain stopped us from using the fire pit! All the more reason to come back for a future visit!

This was the best, most comfortable and cleanest rental we have ever been in, the most at home feeling. Even the pictures on the walls were well thought out and chosen. The beds were most comfortable and warm. I can go on and on but the bottom line is that we confidently want to go back and enjoy a wee bit more time.

Got exactly what I saw, what I wanted and had a great week. Location is very central to variety of activities in Bath County/Warm Springs. Easy to find, clean, modern, great bed/pillows/linens. Would return again for sure.

We stayed here for a family vacation and had a wonderful time. The house is rambling in a wonderful, old-house sort of way. The kitchen and bathrooms are newly remodeled and gorgeous. The back yard is a big open flat space with a creek at the far end. We loved playing games in the yard, relaxing with chairs under the trees by the creek and chatting on the back deck that overlooks the yard. We were within walking distance of a small 'downtown' that had an art gallery, cafe and restaurant. The swimming ares of Lake Moomaw are either a 30 or 40 minute drive. One thing to note is that the driveway in and out of the house is quite steep and if your car sits lower to the ground, you will only be able to use the entrance closest to the Jefferson Baths.

Terri was very responsive and helpful. She has a beautiful place. It was so perfect I don’t think I could pick out one negative. 100% will be back. 10 out of 10.

Best air bnb Ive been to in the area! A wonderful and unique place.

Such a beautiful setting. The home was clean and not cluttered with trinkets. It was only a short 20 minute drive to snowshoe but the peacefulness of the location was really nice. Fields all around and lots of wildlife and horses was great to see. We arrived late and host had left lights on for us which was very kind. Host was also very workable when we had a booking issue. I did miss the part about the water having a sulfur smell but later saw it was listed in the description. A 5 gallon jug of filtered water for drinking would be a nice touch as we arrived too late to get to the store for water. Our only issue (and this seems to be a WVA thing as we have stayed other places that had them) is all the lady bugs trying to and finding ways to get inside. We loved the layout and our kids loved getting to have their own room on vacation!

Mr. and Mrs. Sam and Drew were amazing hosts that provided our family with a wonderful and peaceful stay. They communicated with us so well. They informed us of possible signal loss with the gps and provided us with a solution to better guide us safley there. The house was beautiful and spacious. The hot tub and sauna was a pleasant treat. Everything was clean and well put together. Everything was perfect! I would like to thank them for allowing us to stay and to have a wonderful weekend.

The house was so charming. It was also close to the warm springs and the Homestead which was convenient. We loved watching the horses from the kitchen table too!

This was our second stay there. This place is the ultimate for a quite peaceful get away. I would recommend it to anyone for sure.
