Great stay! Great location and great host.

Our stay was amazing! The house was clean and comfortable. It’s not directly on the beach, but the ocean and sound views from all the decks were great. We could walk to the beach within a couple minutes. My teenagers enjoyed the pool and hot tub especially in the dark with all the decorative lighting. I didn’t think we needed an elevator, but it made a huge difference with groceries and luggage. And we finally got to witness baby sea turtles making their way to the ocean just down the beach from the house! We would definitely stay there again!

We are in the restaurant business and love to cook! The kitchen is the best part of the house! Fully equipped, better than any homes we have rented! The location is fabulous. Seconds from campus which was key because we were visiting our daughter who goes to UNCW… Thanks again for a wonderful trip to Wilmington.

My daughter, 2 small pups, and I stayed 3 nights and it was perfect. We came into town to tour UNCW and also did a day at the beach and explored downtown by the river. Very clean and perfect that I could travel with my dogs.

I feel fortunate every time I get to enjoy Timothy's Beach Adjacent home when I visit Wilmington. It's always well supplied, very comfortable, peaceful and thoughtfully designed! Cheers to Timothy: another very enjoyable stay and another job well done!

This is a great location as it’s >10min drive from downtown and about 20 from Wrightsville Beach, while still being in a quiet, walkable neighborhood. Also, Adam was responsive and helpful. Would definitely recommend this place!

We stayed 2 nights. We arrived early and Katherine allowed us to check in early. Parking is available in front, but the street was very busy and Katherine made accommodations to park off street. Katherine made us aware of a parade the next day on the night before we left, which prompted us to leave earlier and miss the traffic. EXCELLENT host!

This is a fantastic place to stay. The location is phenomenal - close to the beach and walking distance from breweries, restaurants, etc.! The hosts were accommodating and very hospitable. Highly recommend. We will absolutely be back!

We hated to leave this peaceful little cabin! The cabin is just as described - we loved the decor, our outdoor space, and being able to disconnect and enjoy our time together. The location is perfect to explore the area with great restaurants only minutes away.

The place was perfect in every aspect: The location, size, accommodations, amenities, and proximity to the areas we frequented. For our tennis group, the total cost was less than what a hotel would have cost, which is historically where we used to stay. This experience, summarized by our ability to share one place, travel together, have meals together, watch TV together, and have the large space to spread out was absolutely fantastic. The experience was positive any which way you look at it. On top of that, Jana (and her husband) were super hosts with super friendly communication. We wish we had the opportunity to meet them in person, but..............maybe this time next year :-).

Very clean. Great for kids and family time. Lots of amenities but very close neighbors. Although they were to themselves and hardly seen or heard them.

My wife and I wanted to try somewhere different since we normally go to the beach in Atlantic Beach. We decided to try Topsail. What a great decision. Missy's place was fantastic!! We found it to be exactly as advertised. It was very clean and comfortable. Conveniently located to local restaurants and activities. It was a very short walk to the pool and beach. And the VIEWS WERE SPECTACULAR!! Missy was a great host. She was very responsive and friendly. We would highly recommend it and will for sure be back ourselves. The only negative from our stay was having to leave!!

We were very impressed with the condo! Clean and updated! Beach was steps away! We really liked decor and homey feel of everything! Felt more like walking into your home than anything! Highly recommend! Lauren is extremely fast to respond and always had the best and most helpful answers! Do not hesitate! You must go!!!!

Don’s place was great for our family with kids. Just one block walk to the beach. The kids loved the ocean and playing in the pool. Don’s place had all of the amenities (wagons, beach carts, chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards) you would need for a fun and relaxing vacation. Thanks Don!

Traci was awesome! Very quick to respond on any questions I had. This place was so peaceful and gorgeous. The pictures were just like the ones posted. The neighbors were very sweet. It was the best vacation my husband and I have had in a very long time. It was close to everything, including Wrightsville Beach, Carolina Beach and Kure Beach. We will definitely be back! Thank you again Traci for everything!

We had a great stay. Ed made it better by being generous enough to let us check in a bit earlier. Super responsive to any questions and felt right at home. Location is amazing, recommend to anyone thinking about booking—do it!

Great location. Plenty of room. A/C worked great. Brenda was so helpful and responds so quickly. Would stay there again😀
