Our peaceful, orca-themed apartment offers a spectacular view over Grundarfjörður and famous Mt. Kirkjufell. In the summer you can watch colorful sunsets and in the wintertime witness the Northern lights in clear skies. This one bedroom apartment is in a rebuilt house in Ólafsvík, on Snæfellsnes peninsula with it´s magnificent nature. The apartment is on the ground floor with a private entrance and a veranda. A key box for check in. The apartment itself is 45 sq.m. and has light decor with a living room and open kitchen. Bedroom with a double bed (180 cm x 200 cm) and a bunk bed. The bathroom has a walk in shower, a washer and dryer. Short walk to the harbour, swimmingpool, supermarket and restaurants.

Spacious yet cozy 93 square meters cottage located at the edge of the Snæfellsnesjökull national park. The cottage is beautifully decorated and well equipped. Me and my wife fell in love with the un-earthly beauty of the Snæfellsnes peninsula and especially the area around the glacier and simply had to own our own getaway at this magical place which was voted the #1 place to visit in the wintertime (travelandleisure), and amongst Europe's 25 most interesting villages (Business Insider)

Bern, newly renovated historic home

Bern, the name of the house, is one of the most historic building in Ólafsvík. Originally built in the 1920's it's one of the oldest houses in the town but recently it has gone through a major renovation and is now in great condition. The house is positioned just off the main road and is in walking distance from most activities and restaurants in the town. With a view over the Breiðarfjörður to north and the historic Fisherman garden to south you won't be disappointed with the view

I have made a big effort to make it as homey as possible and equipped it with most necessities and really comfortable beds. The house is located on the edge of Arnarstapi village, closely surrounded by the ocean, vast lava fields, mountains and the majestic Snæfellsjökull. Every season there has it´s own charm but the beauty and peacefulness is always present, pulling you out for various activities.

This private small cabin (ca. 26 qm) is located at our farm Brimilsvellir. You have a magnificant view to the ocean, beautiful mountains and our horses. There are small cooking facilitys in the cabin with a fridge, water cattle, toaster, plate and microwave. You have very great conditions to see northern lights from september until april.
