Once you are nestled snugly in New Orleans' second oldest neighborhood, lovely Algiers Point, you will delight in the original artwork created by your host artist, and in the historic architecture, as you stroll our quaint streets and enjoy restaurants and bars just steps from the Art House, and along the walking path by the mighty Mississippi River.

Welcome to the Crayon Box! Your family will be close to everything when you stay at our centrally located home in Mid-City. Near the Canal Streetcar, just off highway I-10, walking distance to restaurants/bars and very close to City Park. 3 blocks from Endymion parade route! We are kid friendly and can provide books and toys. Queen size mattress. Additional air mattress upon request. Only registered guests allowed access to property, including pool. NO PETS allowed as there is already a very friendly dog on site.

NOLA Pied-A-Terre steps from Audubon & Clancy’s

The pied-a-terre has a full kitchen, 1 bedroom and bath. The combined living and dining room has large windows allowing for abundant sunlight. Local artwork is featured and the place is very comfortable. TV's are included in the living room and bedroom. The kitchen offers plenty of pots, pans, dishes, Keurig coffee maker, etc, as well as local cookbooks. Pets are allowed with a fee, which is displayed when you enter them as pet guests.

This Uptown unit is a private studio in my home (NO shared space with rest of home) with private entrance & parking. Ideal for single/couple who want to stay in a neighborhood. The area is quiet, and is racially & economically diverse. Unit does NOT have full kitchen (fridge & microwave). 10 minute walk to St. Charles streetcar line. $10/10 minute Uber to downtown/French Quarter. Limit 2 guests. Dogs allowed & on premises.
